READ reviews before purchasing. Ordered iPhone 11 via Amazon described as ‘excellent’ arrived Face ID does not work, contacted seller no response but I raised a return straight away which they accepted so must have known phone was faulty.
Ultimo, look at your reviews and improve your service and have some courtesy for your customers.
Be honest abut your products or improve what you sell!
UPDATE - returned signed for postage, AND SENT PROOF OF SIGNATURE to the seller so that could see who signed for it their end, requested and update following this and then get the following message from them: Thank you for your message, I can see that the tracking was marked as delivered on the 20.11.24 However, there is no photo of delivery or proof of signature For this reason, we would not be able to 100% confirm we have this item until is is processed back into our system. How can they not 100% confirm they have the item when it’s been SIGNED for their end.
Embarrassment of business (if you can call it that). Don’t sell faulty products and make sure that you give customers their refunds straight way. I work hard for my money and £180+ is a lot of money to me so I want it back and should not not have to wait and keep chasing.
Great service, ordered midday on Friday and delivered next day on Saturday by 8am - free delivery

I was very sceptical at first as it seemed far to easy, but from putting my information on their website to work out the best boiler for my house to getting the boiler installed was brilliant and also saved me ££££.
Andy who fitted our boiler was lovely, polite and very tidy.

Customer service is awful, if you make a complaint they get back to you, but once you confirm you’d like a refund they ignore you. I have emailed 4 times now, despite their auto reply saying they get back to customers within 24hrs Mon to Fri.
Cleaner doesn’t work, does not remove stains, and has gone all rusty from just being used as a toothbrush - see profile pic.
Most definitely not worth £50.

Love the feel of Saucony for running, but over the past year have bought three pairs and they have all split in the same place, this must be a design fault! I’ve emailed as they have a warranty and just keep getting told to go back to the retailer (after waiting a week for each email response, service is slower than slow). Not buying another pair due to this spitting issue, now trying Brooks and so far all good!
Does absolutely nothing apart from vibrate in your mouth. What a complete waste of £45 ! Please don’t buy. Still shocked I actually believed the hype about this thing and thought it would work - how stupid am I 🤦♀️
Update 28th March - as per message left by smirk saying to contact for refund, have now tried this numerous times and not getting any response!
Update May 2023 - Kept the product and used as a toothbrush as that’s all it was good for, stopped working suddenly so tried to charge that didn’t work, managed to take the cover off and its completely rusted so no wonder it isn’t working! Emailed customer services who got back to me on 19th May and asked if I’d like replacement or refund, I replied same day saying refund please - no response back since, just emailed again before writing this review.

Ordered on 8th Feb no updates, have emailed bookings@whitebeaconsfield twice and no response. Yet there is a new review on here saying they ordered on 12th Feb and already have their delivery? Where is mine then, a response at the very least would be polite!
I was honestly so worried when I realised I had booked Goldcar (via DoyouSpain) and read all the reviews and newspaper articles on them, but I have to say I didn’t have any problems at all, just a bit of a hard sell with the insurance, which I declined. Picked the car up at Almeria airport, after saying no thank you etc about 20 times to the insurance, also they blocked 1100 euros, which I was thinking I wouldn’t see again or would have problems getting all of it back, based on everything I had read about Goldcar! The car we were given had quite a few scrapes, but I made sure these were marked on the check sheet and the lady at Goldcar amended her copy and then I asked for an updated printed copy, which I got and then we went of for our hols. On dropping the car off at the end of the holiday, we parked and then someone from Goldcar checked our car over (this is when I started thinking they would try it on with us) but they said it was all ok, no new marks, scratches etc and then we both signed to end contract, I was very relieved. Later that day I got an email confirming end of contract and nothing more to pay and my 1100 euros were unblocked and I haven’t paid any extras or been ripped off. So would I use Goldcar a again? Yes I would and I am one of the worlds biggest worriers!
Have been waiting in all morning (19th) for and order, decided to find out delivery time, only to then be told that I should of received emails saying that product was out of stock and that they had tried to contact me. I haven’t received any other emails apart from my initial order one saying delivery would be on the 19th. Found their customer services unhelpful and indicating that it was my fault that I hadn’t seen their emails, even though I explained more that once I hadn’t received any emails, even checked my junk! Asked for a refund and won’t use again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I completely understand that you were expecting this to arrive today so it must be very frustrating to find out that your order is yet to be dispatched. I do also apologise if you felt that the member of staff who you spoke with was not as helpful as they could have been, this certainly something I will be feeding back to our head of customer services who will be speaking with the member of staff involved. However, this is also very frustrating for ourselves as we did email you the day after your order in plenty of time to get something arranged in time for your delivery day, unfortunately you did not receive this email.
From checking this I can see you placed your order with us on October 14th 2017 at 18:57 with a preferred delivery date of October 19th (today), I can then see you sent a follow up email at 23:53 with some questions about your order. This email was responded to on October 15th at 16:28 (the next day), the contents of this email included us mentioning that the width and design you ordered was out of stock and the product was marked as 'Low stock - 7 - 21 day dispatch' on the website for the last few days, we also sent through a suggestion for the closest alternative which we could have swapped over for you well in time for your preferred delivery date. We then received a reply from you on October 17th at 7:47 asking for us to confirm that we had received your email, we responded to this email on the same day at 15:23 stating that we replied to you on October 15th.
I do apologise if you have not received these messages but after checking the status of them on our email servers I can confirm that they were sent successfully, I am able to confirm this with you by the form of a screenshot if you would like. Whilst we do regret that you did not receive the emails there is not much more we could have done in this case as we contacted you by email four days before your intended delivery date to inform you of the issue, we do work very hard to make sure that in the rare case we get a stock issue we contact the customer as soon as possible to ensure delivery is not delayed where possible.
Regarding the question you initially asked after your order about the plank effect on the vinyl, I can confirm that you ordered the correct size as the plank effect on the vinyl does indeed run down the length you key in on the website. So when you come to order again either with us or another company you should have no issue when it arrives with you.
I can also confirm that your refund request has been received by our accounts team and this should be processed within the next 24 hours.
