Used this company through Amazon
I bought used phone, when it arrived, the screen was lifted
As third party Amazon wouldn’t refund so had to go through the company
Sent phone back, special delivery, to be told 10x days administration, then 5 x days to issue refund
They have only just issued the refund today, not sure when it will appear in bank
Avoid unless you can manage without £180+ for nearly three weeks

Deliver drivers were lovely

I have sent numerous emails regarding a faulty suitcase with no response.
After spending all afternoon trying to get through by phone ( constantly engaged) they then wanted another email.
Explained that I have already sent 3, but he insisted that they wouldn't look into complaint unless they had an email but wouldn't explain why they hadn't responded to the ones already sent.
Expensive mistake using this company, £72.00 down the drain :-(

2nd time using Just Hire and the experience was as good as the first
I have noticed that the price has increased, so only marginally cheaper than local firms now, which is a shame.
Hopefully they won't increase any more.

This is the first time I have ever hired a skip, so I was probably asking some stupid questions. Spencer emailed really quickly, in response to my queries and was always polite and helpful.
Skip driver was friendly and helpful; the skip was picked up very promptly when we had finished with it.
Really impressive company and I would certainly use again.

Never have any problems with DPD and always found their drivers really helpful :-)

I had to cancel our theatre trip on the day due to two party members catching Covid.
I emailed on the off chance that we could change the date as I hadn't taken out insurance.
Matthew got straight back to me and contacted the theatre with out new date preference and got our booking changed for us and didn't even charge an admin fee.
