Sender.net is one of the top email providers

Sender.net is one of the top business email providers available. Michael was super responsive and helped me with the Files that were needed to send my emails and authentication for domains, which can be confusing to say the least. Their customer service is top-notch and always fast and responsive. Thank you for the great service you provide.

Reliable platform, but slow support for loyal customers

I’ve been a long-time Sender user and generally find the platform stable and effective for managing campaigns.

However, recent support interactions have been slower than expected. My initial inquiry went unanswered for over a week, and when I followed up regarding a loyalty discount, I was told the offer only applied after a review was published on G2, a process that takes several business days. This delay directly impacted a time-sensitive campaign.

Sender remains a solid product from a technical standpoint, but the support response time and lack of consideration for existing, long-term customers could be improved.

Superb support from Malissa today. I was having trouble configuring sender and my server settings. Malissa was immediately available (it's a Saturday!!) and was very efficient in helping walk through the changes.

Paid for the full year package

Paid for the full year package, after few months, they have suspended the account without explanation, no response for emails. Pathetic service, never use them again. No refund either. Taken the funds for the service not provided.
