No loyalty in return

I'm absolutely infuriated with them. I'd been a loyal client for nearly 20 years with several sites, and they shut down one of my sites with no warning. I happened to check my own site to look something up only to discover that it was offline for who knows how long. I was forced to quickly renew hosting to get my site back up, and I specifically asked the customer service rep if I could cancel my hosting once I transferred away from Bluehost. She specifically said I could cancel within 30 days. I just called today to cancel, and they said the policy is only for new customers. Then the customer support person should have KNOWN that. I'm pulling my half dozen sites off there. Do not use this once-great company.

$198 worth of tickets cost $262

$99/ticket for two tickets amounted to $262! $64 of "convenience"? For what? An automated system sending out a PDF? What an absolute joke and a scam. It's not even worth going to events anymore unless you can purchase tickets directly from the box office.
