Having returned to IONOS as a customer, my initial contact, including today with Darryl, has been exceptional. My initial contact reminded me of why I was a previous client. I only moved due to a new web developer strongly suggesting another host provider (who made it nearly impossible to contact them directly). IONOS provides hassle-free, human, and instant support with very polite and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend.

Customer support is immediate. I recently joined Sender, needed a little help, and was met with Skylar, a customer service human, serving me in kind, and with a succinct approach. This is the polar opposite of previous email providers, who charge a lot more for little to no immediate customer service. Worth all five stars.

Great prompt service whilst fitting. The fitter 'Pete' was really helpful and kept me informed of the timing of the refit. I would def recommend Auto Windscreens. The only thing off-kilter was, that my satnav did not take me directly to the building, and there was no option to call the center directly, this made me a few minutes late for the scheduled appointment, yet when I explained to the fitter, he understood, and no edge to his customer service.
