Horrible customer service & deceptive business
Horrible customer service. I ordered two t-shirts on June 16, and I got one, but I never received the second one. Every time I emailed support, I'd get an automatic reply that I would get an answer within two business days. Only once. And I was told there was a "supply issue". So, I gave them until Sept. 1. By Sept 3, I had to get on their chat and requested a refund. Never got it. I ended up going through my credit card and disputing the charge. That was the only way. For buyers, don't order anything from them. From organizations, do not use them. I feel bad for the nonprofit that I wanted to support by getting the shirts. I did let them know of the issue.
