Poshmark - avoid them.
Poshmark charges you on receipt of your order, and says that there is a 3-day window to inspect the item and click on Accept. After that, they will release payment to the vendor. In order to return a shirt with an obvious tear in it, I had to upload photos and send them to the vendor. The website always said that the files were too large, though I adjusted my iPhone for the smallest possible photo file size, and even changed the file type. So I contacted Poshmark customer service directly, rejected the item, and attached two photos to the e-mail. I told them that they'd have to work it out with the vendor. But the Poshmark e-mails kept coming, with different suggestions, until I told them that I'd contacted my credit card company, and rejected their charge. That was the only way to deal with them. I had told them previously that I would never do business with them again, and would post a negative review online. After about a week of this, Poshmark did order a refund of my credit card charge. But they also repeated to me the same instructions for any future returns, which still included loading photos onto the website. So they had not fixed anything, as I told them in my reply. I expect that this same nonsense with them will continue, so I'll simply label Poshmark e-mails as Junk. I highly recommend avoiding these people.
