1 week ago make order. The seller says that bike is on the shop. But affter transfer money no body answer on phone, no body answer email.

I ordered a Fuji Touring Bike from that company at the beginning of the year. They told that it will be delivered around April. When April arrived they told me that there will be some delays and it will be delivered in May. In May they told that it will be delivered in June and in June they told that it will be delivered at the end of the year, so I decided to cancel the order and requested the reservation payment to be returned. After some correspondence they returned the fee.
They explained that the undesired situation is caused by the manufacturer. They are dependent to the schedules of the manufacturer and indicated that here as an answer to my review.
In a summary, it hasn't been a good purchasing experience for me. I had to postpone my need for quite some time and at the end I had to order a bike of another brand from another seller after 9 months and after the season has passed.
Maybe they need to revise their relation with Fuji Bikes, since that also affects their own image.
Although they responded my calls and tried to explain the situation with Fuji Bikes, considering my total experience with the order and their performance I could only give 2 stars.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a carbon gravel bike in Aug 2022 that was supposed to be delivered in a month, because the bike was advertised as on stock on their website. I only put the bike order in the basket without placing the online order and they called me right away to secure the reservation and pay 10% of the order. I paid and made the reservation expecting a delivery at the end of September 2022 as promised. I received no updates on the delivery and then every time I called they would invoke another delay (Dec 2022, then Jan 2023, then Feb 2023, then Mar 2023 and when I called in March, they said the bike would probably be delivered in Jun 2023). I wrote numerous emails to ask about updates and no response. In March 2023 I told them I wanted to cancel my order and asked for the refund of my reservation amount. They took my bank details and promised reimbursement in 2 weeks' time. I received no reimbursement up to this date, 3 months after the cancellation, despite many e-mails on my side and no response from them. I called them and they promised they sent a check but I never received anything. Worst customer experience ever. Do not buy from them. They are not trustable and will not return your money or send your order. It will be a year for me since I placed my order and I saw no bike and no reimbursement. I plan to report them for fraudulent behavior.
Order JHZEJJBCG, ordered 2 bikes on 7-Dec-2022 that were indicated as to be delivered 2 weeks after order, so by 21-Dec-2022.

Perhaps ordering in-store is ok, but ordering from Internet - worst experience I had from any online store.
I didn't order online- I went to the store in Wambrechies.
Excellent advice and proposals by the Team, bike was available and prepared the following day- and I got even an inspection after 6 months offered.
Purchased an expensive electric MTB. It arrived damaged, but was already damaged prior to shipping, as other paint colours were present. To try and be helpful, rather than reject it, I requested some paint to touch in scratches through to bare metal. After several emails and chatting on line, nobody even responded. Then after 10 Km, the back wheel came loose, causing a minor accident.
I cannot recommend.

Achat d'un VAE Cube Reaction Hybrid Performance 500.
Excellent accueil et excellent conseils pour l'acquisition de ce vélo.
Conseil pour partir sur le moteur Performance au lieu du Performance CX et d'une batterie 500 au lieu de 650 pour mon usage.
Offre de transformation gratuite en Allroad pour gagner sur le délai de dispo/livraison.
Et au final -300€ sur le prix de l'Allroad.
When I ordered the bike, their homepage said it was in stock. Now I have been waiting for nearly a month.
I have sent three emails. First two I did not get any answer at all. I tried to call them but no one at the helpdesk or the company speaks english.
Then I did send them a third email and got a french speaking answer saying that they will send the bike in a week. But l have not seen any sign of a shipment yet.
