No response after many months
Purchased an expensive electric MTB. It arrived damaged, but was already damaged prior to shipping, as other paint colours were present. To try and be helpful, rather than reject it, I requested some paint to touch in scratches through to bare metal. After several emails and chatting on line, nobody even responded. Then after 10 Km, the back wheel came loose, causing a minor accident.
I cannot recommend.
