Quick, customer orientated. Got my new bike (in time) and it had a few items off.
Very quickly got a resolution from the support team. Would not (will not) hesitate to order again.

Order JHZEJJBCG, ordered 2 bikes on 7-Dec-2022 that were indicated as to be delivered 2 weeks after order, so by 21-Dec-2022.

Contacted My-Velo in a written manner on;

2-Jan-2023- no response
3-Jan-2023 - Received response by My-Velo (by Christophe P.) - ordered bike is not available
4-Jan-2023 - no response
5-Jan-2023 - Received response by My-Velo (by Christophe P.) (return tomorrow and will take care of it)
6-Jan-2023 - no response
10-Jan-2023 - Received response by My-Velo (by Christophe P.) - I'm coming back from a trip tonight, I look tomorrow
12-Jan-2023 - no response
13-Jan-2023 - Received response by My-Velo (by Christophe P.) - sorry for the delay, I'll take care of that tonight or tomorrow

Opened PayPal dispute on 19_Jan-2023.

Perhaps ordering in-store is ok, but ordering from Internet - worst experience I had from any online store.

All good so far. Package is large, it was damaged a quite a bit but no damage to the bike. Received quikly informed well.

I payed on 23/07/2013, and on 31/07, the goods are still somewhere in France - so the "we will ship same day" statement is far from accurate.
Also, My VISA credit card wasn't accepted, no reason stated, had to pay by Paypal.
