Impossible to get any good answers

When I ordered the bike, their homepage said it was in stock. Now I have been waiting for nearly a month.

I have sent three emails. First two I did not get any answer at all. I tried to call them but no one at the helpdesk or the company speaks english.

Then I did send them a third email and got a french speaking answer saying that they will send the bike in a week. But l have not seen any sign of a shipment yet.
