Zyclora review positive!

I received incredible and efficient customer service from 'Pablo' at Zyclora' his rapid and positive replies gave me the confidence to purchase a bike through Zyclora. Which we now have & it's AWESOME.
I'd HIGHLY recommend Zyclora and Pablo.....

NON-EXISTENT Customer Care and assistance

Unfortunately, Zyclora's Customer Care does not work (in Italy).
I sent a first email a month before purchasing an e-bike asking for more information about the bike (serial number, purchase documents from previous owners, etc.) and they replied that they would let me know.
Then they disappeared from circulation, they never replied to me again.
However, I purchased an e-bike on trust.
The e-bike was delivered to me a few days ago, but it arrived without pedals!!!
So I sent an email again to the Italian contact, and also to the French after-sales one, and also a WhatsApp to the Italian number which however automatically responds in French.
Unfortunately, to this day they have not been heard from again and here I am with my new e-bike without pedals.
Does it seem normal to you that a company that defines itself as being at the forefront of selling used bikes, behaves in this way?
You decide ... but be careful because this type of situation makes you anxious.
Message for Zyclora: I made a payment in 4 installments with Scalapay, I paid the first installment, but if you do not respond I will block the payment of the remaining installments.

Thank you for your review and, first of all, our sincerest apologies for the lack of response in the early days. We understand this is not the level of service you expected, nor is it the one we aim to provide. This situation does not reflect who we are, and we’ve taken note to improve our support in Italy.
Regarding the pedals, it is common practice in the cycling industry to sell bikes without them, as they are considered an accessory. There is a wide range of models, from basic options around €20 to high-end versions exceeding €1,000, so we leave it up to the customer to choose the ones that best suit their needs.
That said, we offered to send you a pair of pedals of your choice as a sign of our commitment and to make up for the inconvenience caused.
We truly regret the frustration this experience may have caused you.

Bike in very good shape

Bike in very good shape, and well prepared (though not yet tested).
Exchanges with the company were quite efficient.
Delivery by DHL was very easy (a worry for me).
Suggestion: have an option of better wheels than the basic ones proposed with the bikes

Pre-sales top but all in all a bad experience

The communication in the beginning was very good. The presales person helped me with my questions and I was able to change some parts on the bike (crankset and casette).
I ordered a road bike, which came in a good packaging shipped with DHL express. But sadly the condition of the bike was not as good as it was stated online. It has been sold as condition "very good" but it had many scratches and signs of usage.
The support offered me two cup holders as an apology. I wanted to return the bike but I have to pay the shipping costs for sending back. They tell me that the bike is as it was online, but online you cannot see any of these scratches.
Communication is also okay but not good. I tried calling several times but never reached someone.
After sending the bike back on my own costs they held back my refund because they changed parts on the bike with referral to German law.

I am very disappointed with the whole experience, but maybe I was very unlucky.

Feedback after Giant TCR purchasing

Very good support before purchase with very helpful advices (help to describe each model, to select the appropriate size, ...), in particular from Antoine.
After purchase, still available also for some question regarding delivery and/or bike tunning.

Just a warning regarding DHL expedition : timing not respected and package was a little bit damaged.

Top service

Overall experience was very good. Antoine has always been very helpful and professional. Although I returned a first bike, he never departed from his positive attitude and guided me through all the steps to returning the bike and finding a new one. In the end, I got myself a very nice Orbea Terra which I'm fully satisfied with. I would definitely recommend Zyclora.

Great build and quick service

Bought a new gravel bike from them via Buycycle and it took a couple of weeks for them to build up the bike, which was very well done (plenty of greased parts, brakes and gears set up perfectly, wheels ready to roll). They kept me informed all the way and the bike was superbly packed in it's box with foam and bubble wrap, arriving within 5 days of leaving them. They sent the wrong sized bike, but this was human error and they worked with Buycycle to find a solution. Thanks so much!
