Don't advise to order a Fuji Bike if not in stock !
I ordered a Fuji Touring Bike from that company at the beginning of the year. They told that it will be delivered around April. When April arrived they told me that there will be some delays and it will be delivered in May. In May they told that it will be delivered in June and in June they told that it will be delivered at the end of the year, so I decided to cancel the order and requested the reservation payment to be returned. After some correspondence they returned the fee.
They explained that the undesired situation is caused by the manufacturer. They are dependent to the schedules of the manufacturer and indicated that here as an answer to my review.
In a summary, it hasn't been a good purchasing experience for me. I had to postpone my need for quite some time and at the end I had to order a bike of another brand from another seller after 9 months and after the season has passed.
Maybe they need to revise their relation with Fuji Bikes, since that also affects their own image.
Although they responded my calls and tried to explain the situation with Fuji Bikes, considering my total experience with the order and their performance I could only give 2 stars.
