Ordered directly from their website little-dutch.com. Their shipping policy said fast delivery. 3 weeks and 5 days later still no package
The package claims to come from china so the name of the company is also misleading. Nothing “dutch” about it
I placed order C318437 few days ago expecting it to be shipped as soon as possible yet nobody answers? Is it really a scam? Will I have to contact bank to cancel transaction?
Update: indeed very long delivery but the product is really nice, very happy with it, thank you.

Excellent store, high-quality products, a nice gift, and fast delivery (to the Netherlands). Order from the official website – listed here in the "Contact Info" section.

If you are smart enough to recognise the scam advertisments, and you order either directly from the original website or through other websites that sell Little-dutch products you will realise how excellent, high quality, value for money products are. I purchased many items so far. (3x baby walkers, the doll house, beach items, and several food related items) for my little girl and for gifts as well. super satisfied!

Absolute scam, ordered on 1st of July. Order showing delivered on the tracking page but I never received the items. When emailed was told to be patient and that they are investigating. Now they stopped replying, but no order and no refund. Don't order from them
Now was asked to message them but this email doesn't work

Nearly 2 months later and still haven’t received our order.
We have chased and been told that it is showing as delivered but no one is doing anything about it nor are they providing the details for the UK shipping company so we can try to find the order ourselves.
I have asked for a refund or replacement but am still being ignored. Do not order from here!

Toys looked lovely on Instagram advert. However,I purchased two items and am still waiting for the goods or a refund 4 weeks later.Wish I’d read the reviews first.

It is a scammer.
He/she is using a tracking information website where it looks like a shipment has been sent. Then when the package ‘should be transferred to the local delivery in your country’ you never receive anything.
Mailed many times with : SOLODSQ2outlook.com , always telling me to have patience. Doesn’t reply for days sometimes.
Do not buy from these people on any of those fake sites they have.

The worst company to deal with. The product comes from China direct . I places 2 ordered over 3 days. the tracking is terrible. I was able to ask for email notifications as it progresses. I was home each time and i got an email saying it was delivered. the tracking doesnt even have your address just suburb. address is on the order. then when you go to have them locate it the want you to pay a subscription to just answer $68. Which I didn't do. its been over a month since a placed those orders. I which I did a google search first.

If there are no stars, i would have given 0. Delivery took a very long time. Chased via email, looks like an automated response. Incomprehensible even. Given some chance and waited. Said it was delivered but nowhere to be found. Ask to contact courier that they themselves not know how to contact. Now saying it is being investigated and ignored request for refund. DO NOT USE SITE. YOU ARE BOUND TO BE DISAPPOINTED. READ THE REVIEWS.

No parcel received although it shows on the tracking that it got delivered. Nothing got delivered. Customer service is so bad. They don’t help at all. They’re scamming people and they need to be held to account.

SCAM - ( littledutch-nl-eu.shop )
i shouldn’t of fell for it but i did as im sure many others did too… advertising a 80% off sale so over £300 worth of things ordered for my little girl. no confirmation email but still held onto hope that they would come
fast forward 2 weeks i have gone to access the website to check my tracking and it is GONE
hoping can receive a refund😔😔😔
Scams are all over Instagram, I spent a fortune from an ad using a content creators daughter to make it seem trustworthy. Cannot get my money back and the bank so far useless. 2nd June placed an order and nothing. Information all gone from their website - my customer account I created and order details
Hello, I ordered Little Dutch products via instagram on 11 of the July. A big sale -80%. I did it as I had a good luck in the past with similar offers via insta from different companies. My bank also didn't seem to have a problem with the payment. I got a confirmation email. The order #4330 was to the Czech Republic for 1683,66 Kč (68 €). Email from PAN.TOM. I sent them email today to solodsq2. That's the only contact I have. Before I could visit the website or "track" the order which told me 'on the way". It had showed panfashion.shop. Now, not available. Thank you for any info. Regards,
Eliška
Ordered on 24th June, tracked same until 20th July when system said it had been successfully delivered when it hasn't. Obviously money taken no goods really disappointing.
My wife ordered a toy and paid for it but not received confirmation or any other communications. I believe this is a scam site

I ordered on the 5th June it is now end of June 3 weeks later and I have received no emails and no order. I have contacted them via email as really difficult to contact them via any other method. There is a a chat box but it is all in a foreign language. You would have though if they sell to England and English speaking countries you should have the option to speak to someone in English.
