Placed an order 6 weeks ago today with value of €192.95 and didn't get it!

Although the company accepted my order and took my money, they say they don't deliver to my country (Northern Ireland)

I have no goods and they won't refund me, terrible service, noone listens or helps to resolve

Avoid at all costs!!!!

**Update since little Dutch's reply which has angered me more, correcting me to say my order was 4 weeks ago, it was placed on 19th November which to me is 6 weeks (longer now) so don't make me out to be a liar!!!

As per my email to you, I have done my own work on the courier info you are giving me and they have advised they do not post to my country and have returned to sender. They also have advised that they can see the parcel is with you again (but can't share this with me as I'm not their customer)

You advise clearly you do not post to Northern Ireland so why let me order, and why take my money, then pretend the item is just delayed??!!

I ordered a dress on 24th June, dress arrived ripped all down the side and had clearly been worn/damaged by someone trying it on. I am still waiting on my refund and had to pay for the return! Terrible customer service and lack of care when I email.

I received my 'made to measure's blinds but they are too long for the window even though my measurements were right. And at the top you get a panel to put over the blind/fittings which 4 are too long and you could see the pencil line where they were meant to be cut but cut longer than this.
Not great or what I expected from them being made to measure. And took too long in first place to then return and wait even longer.
