Good products, terrible logistics and customer service
It's a shame because this company has nice products, but their delivery partner is terrible (POST NL then Colis Privé in France). Delivery attempts aren't even made and my package was sent to a pick up point 30 minutes away from my home. I called the Little Dutch customer service line and the man didn't even care, he didn't want my order number or name, he just told me not to get the package and it would be returned to sender in a few weeks. There is a clear lack of accountability and customer service at this brand. Hopefully they work to change it because the products are nice.
