I regret the fact that I did not read reviews

I regret the fact that I did not read these reviews earlier. I made an order nearly 3 weeks ago only to discover that they had posted in with a wrong address. I flagged it as soon to the customer service the moment I got the confirmation email of delivery from PostNL on the 20th March, in order to ensure that they reach out to them and correct THEIR mistake. Having received an answer they would investigate it I naively rest assured all is in order to be fixed. Instead, they made no effort, followed up with no communication and allowed the parcel to come to Austria and of course fail at being delivered. After asking for transparency on next steps to fix this as this is THEIR responsibility under EU law, they simply replied that it is at a sorting center in my country, information that we csn both see from thr tracking number of the parcel. There is no option for me to correct the address or get in touch with PostNL to correct the address let alone get it redelivered and Customer Service have been beyond poor. An absolute disaster not even offering compensation or any help at all to resolve this.
