Worst experience ever
This was the worst experience with any online purchase ever. I placed an order on January 6 which was confirmed and the expected delivery was January 8. The item appeared to have been received by PostNL on January 7, but then nothing happened. I chased on January 10 and was told that Little Dutch and PostNL are very busy and “sending multiple emails is pointless and can delay processing”. On January 13 they finally said that they were investigating. January 15 I asked if there was any news, but received no reply. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. No reply received. I again reminded them on January 17, 20, 21, 23, 24 that I cancelled the order, but never received a confirmation. On January 17 they said that PostNL is currently not shipping to the UK, then send exactly the same reply on January 20. On January 21 they said that PostNL is investigating, even though they had told me twice before that they are not shipping to the UK. On January 24 they claimed that they had found a new way and would test it on January 27. Then I heard nothing until January 28: when they said that they would refund my money, if I had not received the shipment (that was never sent) by February 6. No refund arrived, and I requested an update on February 7. No reply. I tried to call a few times. The calls went through and I was promised that I would be connected, but nobody took the calls. I sent another email on February 11 and threatened with legal action and was told that the refund had already been made. I asked for transfer details, but got no reply. The money finally arrived on February 12 and when I checked the transfer was only made on February 11. Many customers seem to have the same problems, and the experience does not even deserve one star.
