I placed order C318437 few days ago expecting it to be shipped as soon as possible yet nobody answers? Is it really a scam? Will I have to contact bank to cancel transaction?
Update: indeed very long delivery but the product is really nice, very happy with it, thank you.

We worked with Vinh different period of times, got curtains in two rooms. 👌Compared the offers from other few companies and materials, Vila gardiner turned out to be the best option! 🔥Also the punctuality and time delivery is the best. He gave us best recommendations about curtains very professionally both design wise and budget. We will definitely coming back to do more rooms 😃 amazing job!
Absolutely loved the product, finally a sleeping bag for a toddler that fits all needs ♥️🙏 would sleep in it myself. 🙈 Very quick customer service and most important delivery, as we really needed it urgently. Will definitely come back to get more for second baby.👌

Gave 20% refund and 20$ voucher on the future purchases. Not ideal situation but still adding extra stars for that.
Absolutely ignoring messages! I ordered during campaign 1+1 free mask at mother's day. Yet they sent only one mask and don't answer my messages! I already texted three times! Customer service, I want my refund!!! I would never order only one mask for 469 ddk, I counted on 2 masks according to the deal!

They do not provide a y security to return. If you are not sure about items don't order them as they don't provide and return label and it will be on you to return items on your own costs to USA.
The quality of products though very 👍good. So it was decided instead of returning items to get store credit. Not an ideal situation but still a solution.

Super bad communication...Order 5600370281. I tried to reachj them a few times, no response what so ever. I send back items, I know they recived them, sucessfully went through the phone only once and was told that I will get refund today, that was a week ago. No recation now!! Where is my refund??

I am very upset about my order!!! I was expecting it to be delivered Wednesday 17 November, My husband spent all day at home in order to get! However, nobody came and I just received a message from your delivery company that they couldn't reach the receiver, which is absolutely nonsense!! Because my husband was home all daY!!! They withdraw money before confirming the ordered items are in stock!
One of items I ordered wasn't in stock, but they still withdraw 638 dk for it. I contacted immediately custom service (Alexandra worked with me) and I was told that they will register the refund since the item out of stock.
Yet no refund was proceed. Still Waiting. Contacted custom service, but they do not reply. Order number DK0592446322GM.
UPDATE: Adding more stars since I was very quickly contacted by custom service and was promised to look into my case. Hopefully refund will appear on my bank account the begining of next week latest.
LAST UPDATE: After all I change star status and can recommend tSmartbuyglasses! In overall experience after all was positive and got refund back. Just had some troubles with my bank, but its not fault of company. :)
