No parcel received although it shows on the tracking that it got delivered. Nothing got delivered. Customer service is so bad. They don’t help at all. They’re scamming people and they need to be held to account.

Nice product. Delivery was quick. But payment process on the website was difficult. My order was duplicated many times. My payment was also blocked. So I had to call up a few times. But the advisers sorted it out after the phone call. Just the payment section needs improving.

Twice already my parcels were left on my doorstep which is not a “safe place”. On one occasion my mum was home but the person delivering didn’t knock hard enough and just left the parcel accessible by the public. I will avoid Hermes from now on.
