I am giving 1 star just because the ladies i have talked with at customer service are nice despite always waiting for them for more than half an hour every single time.
First delivery attempt. They wrongly labeled the mail. House number switched with flat number. Correct post code. It was fixed by the customer service to be redelivered.
Second attempt. Received another email saying i was not there with photograph of another wrong building. There is even a house number on that building 5-7 obviously not a 9. Called customer service again and waited and waited and waited. They are to call the delivery people again..
This is very frustrating as i have to even take a day off for these deliveries as it is an important document.
Update:
So, they have resecheduled it again but no reason given as to what really happened. On the date given for 3rd attempt, why am i even surprised, it did not come again. I even received an email from gov.uk that they have been attempting to deliver but i was not there???
It got resecheduled again the next day and here I am waiting for it again 🤭🤭😅 for the Nth time.
Finalllyy,, on the "4th" attempt they arrived. I have asked around friends if it happened to them as well and YES it did. Why won't they just tell the costumers the truth and give them the correct date of delivery to NOT WASTE EVERYONES TIME.
