If there are no stars

If there are no stars, i would have given 0. Delivery took a very long time. Chased via email, looks like an automated response. Incomprehensible even. Given some chance and waited. Said it was delivered but nowhere to be found. Ask to contact courier that they themselves not know how to contact. Now saying it is being investigated and ignored request for refund. DO NOT USE SITE. YOU ARE BOUND TO BE DISAPPOINTED. READ THE REVIEWS.

I understand they have a lot of…

I understand they have a lot of deliveries to cover but a minute of waiting would save them another slot for deliver the next day or whenever. The door rang and literally flew to open it. It took less than a minute to go answer the intercom and have missed it. To my surprise nobody is there already and have received a notification that they have missed me with a photo of the door. I even paid extra to have it delivered on a time slot. Hopefully it will not happen again when they 'attempt' to deliver tomorrow.

Update: Received a notification for a time slot. Not even a door bell this time and another notification came saying 'We've missed you' and 'as requested delivery moved tomorrow.' Phoned customer service and was told off that we did not specify for them to call us prior to delivery?! Seriously? This just shows why there are a lot of complaints like this as they are not doing anything about it and just covering each others ass.
We are trying to understand you are busy and all but this is just wasting everyone's time. I cannot wait to see what this man Manpreet will do tomorrow's delivery.

I am giving 1 star just because the…

I am giving 1 star just because the ladies i have talked with at customer service are nice despite always waiting for them for more than half an hour every single time.

First delivery attempt. They wrongly labeled the mail. House number switched with flat number. Correct post code. It was fixed by the customer service to be redelivered.

Second attempt. Received another email saying i was not there with photograph of another wrong building. There is even a house number on that building 5-7 obviously not a 9. Called customer service again and waited and waited and waited. They are to call the delivery people again..

This is very frustrating as i have to even take a day off for these deliveries as it is an important document.

Update:
So, they have resecheduled it again but no reason given as to what really happened. On the date given for 3rd attempt, why am i even surprised, it did not come again. I even received an email from gov.uk that they have been attempting to deliver but i was not there???

It got resecheduled again the next day and here I am waiting for it again 🤭🤭😅 for the Nth time.

Finalllyy,, on the "4th" attempt they arrived. I have asked around friends if it happened to them as well and YES it did. Why won't they just tell the costumers the truth and give them the correct date of delivery to NOT WASTE EVERYONES TIME.
