What a scam l placed an order through…

What a scam l placed an order through little Dutch.com Friday 6 June ,presents for my grandsons 1 st birhday ,became suspicious when l didn’t have confirmation of my order ,on Monday l received details that my order was ready to be dispatched tracking number received with order details ,supposed to rec in 4 days by Royal Mail ,l rang little dutch this morning to ask when l will receive gave them tracking and order details ,she told me sorry you’ve been scammed and they are aware of this happening and there working on it and to contact my bank ,the site is totally believable and they know it’s happening DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they know it’s happening and are doing nothing to protect customers ,and to the people who do this l wish you nothing but ill something nasty that cant be cured

Engineer was due to call on Friday 24th…

Engineer was due to call on Friday 24th feb with drum to repair my washing machine between 1pm&4pm ,had a text 4pm to say he was on his way ,6pm still hadn’t arrived ,we rang hotpoint to be told he was on his way and they work until 8pm ,he didn’t turn up , l took a day off work for this ,l had no phone call or text to say he wasn’t coming ,l have since found out that the part was broken so he cancelled but didn’t report this to his head office as he says he couldn’t get through to them ,he didn’t reorder the part didn’t rebook call ,lm now told it can’t be repaired until 24th of March ,l have been told this problem with the drum could cause a fire due to drum but engineer has told me l can use it ,lam a career for my mother and need to use my washing machine ,it has been over 4 weeks and the service has been shabby ,l now require a replacement washing machine as it seems it can’t be repaired ,l have put in a complaint to hotpoint who have said they will look into this problem and speak to engineer but 24 March is unexceptable.
