Reliable

Needed new pump for our old Bosch washer. Found part and ordered replacement within minutes. Paid extra for next day delivery. Pump arrived promptly and diy fix in 10 minutes 👍 reliable company and seem to always have the parts in stock.

Brilliant

10+ years with Vodafone and was paying almost £30 a month for sim only deal. Found the same usage and data package via Uswitch with Lebara for less than £8 a month. Absolutely recommend moving to Lebara! Subsequently found out it is actually using Vodafone network. No contract, monthly subscription, amazing 😋

Failed to deliver and unhelpful customer services

Offered new high speed fibre Broadband. Promised installation date missed, rescheduled for 2 weeks later which they missed, 3rd attempt rescheduled for 2 weeks time as issues off my premises (need to dig up road as blockage in pipe - planning consent from council required). Cancelled contract and staying with existing non-fibre provider. Spent hours talking to very unhelpful customer support agents who knew nothing. Terrible service, would have given zero if that was an option.

Great experience!

Old central heating / water boiler eventually gave up on us. Great experience with British Gas from initial contact, thru video inspection of the property, quick turnaround on quote, great fixed price, interest free financing. Engineer was attentive, very knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Parts arrived on time, maybe I was lucky!

Found and bought parts required on their website. Then read the negative reviews on Trustpilot and started to worry that I had also been scammed. Planned to wait a few days before contacting my bank to chase refund. Low and behold the parts turned as scheduled via Royal Mail. Only gave 4 stars as they did not reply to my email asking for an expected shipping date. Maybe I was lucky!

Moved away from Avast VPN due to price…

Moved away from Avast VPN due to price hike after one year subscription. Surfshark not that quick to launch app on iPhone or Laptop, sometimes takes 3 or 4 attempts to get a connection. Once up and running speed is ok. Overall a bit disappointed with the product. On the laptop I had their antivirus service running in background but not used (easy enough to disable thru services.msc). Mmmmm

Mobile fitter did not turn up... cancelled order and went elsewhere. 7 days have passed and now chasing Kwik Fit for a refund. Very disappointing level of service.

Intermittent service

Have had Vodafone fibre broadband for over two years, experienced a very intermittent service, internet connection speed was occasional superb but most of the time it was very poor. They put up the price again so have decided to give Talk Talk a chance (30% cheaper per month).
