A good quality product that's very hard wearing & very easy to clean.

For unknown reasons the technician couldn't fit the broadband hub where we requested it. Yet the previous property owners had their Virgin hub exactly where we wanted ours to be.

The courier turned up at about 07.15 withe pipes and flue & said the boiler & the plumber
would follow shortly. The plumber (Brett) duly turned up shortly afterwards, but by 10.00 still no boiler. At this point I advised him to go, as there was no point in him hanging around all day. He agreed.
The boiler did eventually turn up at just after 10.30
I informed BoxT who rescheduled for 2 days later.
Ashley arrived at about 07.30 and started work immediately. He was hard working, cheerful, polite, and disturbed me only when he required information.
He also replumbed my garden hose feed, which had to be disturbed to fit the boiler & was finished well in time for tea.
All in all 8/10 for BoxT (we had made several arrangements to have the boiler fitted on the first date, and had I not been retired, I could easily have lost a day's pay)
However 11/10 for Ashley. A very hard working and conscientious young chap and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his services to anybody.

Very easy service to use but I still feel your valuations a little bit lower than they could be. The only reason 4 stars & not 5.
