I use the phone as a phone in very limited circumstances but I do like to have access to the Internet when I am out and about. However, I have to say that the coverage for 5G is not superb and on 4G it is often impossible to access the Internet.
I have the cheapest bundle which suits me best.

I purchased a dining table and chairs online in the middle of May. The site indicated that delivery might be around the end of June - it looked so good I was prepared to wait.
I received a telephone call on 1 June advising that the furniture could be delivered on 5 June if that was OK for me. It was brilliant.
The boxes (6 for chairs and two for the table) arrived on time and were unloaded by one chap alone who did an excellent job.
The whole process was a delight.

I bought a Bosch fridge-freezer and opted for the packaging together with my old defunct appliance to be taken away. I was delighted with the ability to choose my date for delivery; the email correspondence advising on how the order was progressing could not be faulted. I received a message the day before delivery giving me a 2-hour time slot for delivery; in fact, they arrived 30 minutes early in horrendous weather conditions but offloaded the appliance quickly and gave me helpful advice on starting the appliance up after a several hours when they left it where I asked in the house. The old appliance and new packaging were efficiently removed.

I found light fittings on line which I thought would be perfect for my dining room and one of my bedrooms.
The fittings were delivered promptly, with advance warning of arrival from DPD, and they came extremely well packed.
My only problem was I forgot to order the light bulbs to go with the fittings but ordering them was easy and they were also delivered promptly via DPD.

I was so delighted with the prompt delivery of my order that I sent an email to the company to thank them. I received a succession of automated emails apologising for the delay in answering my message as if it were a complaint.
So, I am happy with the service but annoyed at the expectation that I was complaining. I have now received an automated request to give my view on Trustpilot and, for what it is worth to them, here it is!!

Ordered on a Tuesday mid-day and my products were delivered on Wednesday. Really couldn't ask for anything better.

My son was due to buy some clips for a Storksac but he was let down by a site which could only return his money. Even the manufacturer was advertising that fresh stock would not be available for several weeks. I found Baby Lurve via Google; rang up and was dealt with by a very helpful young lady. She persuaded me that the clips would arrive quickly via Royal Mail which collected late int he day .. clips arrived a early next morning. Service was second to none!!

The product was delivered well within the expected timeframe
