9 years and counting… Still love it!
I’ve been with Giffgaff for almost a decade now and I can’t fault the service. I have the SIM only contract, I was able to keep my number when I switched over, and have recently switched to the 18month contract option.
I love how reliable the network is, the company has a great sense of humour and they don’t bombard you with useless sales or marketing promos. They send you the exact info you need to know, and inform you of your usage regularly, even recommending cheaper data plans if they would suit you better. Their flexibility and reliability is second to none, I just wish their contracts counted towards building your credit score! Unless something drastic happens, I can’t see me switching anytime soon.
