Review of giffgaff
I have used Giffgaff for my mobile data and call package for many years. Before this sept, it seems good at services and price. This Sept I was charged by my package and credit charge, I found I was charged too much and money gone, my credit almost not paid in. Contact services staff not easy and told them. They let me wait and would not be charged wrong. weeks later, I still did not know why I was charged much more money and showed me my package will be expired and no credit money left. no services staff available , no helpline. what next happened? Money rob?
