Broken TV furniture part 2

I wrote last week a bad review about a tv furniture that broke being delivered and never arrived. They promised to get me a solution or at least an answer by last Friday or this week. I just called them to see what was happening this time and guess what? They sold out the tv furniture and they don’t know when they will have more and can deliver it to me. They were not informing me of anything since I had to call although they promise to keep me updated and now after two months and not being deliver twice besides empty promises I will not be getting my tv furniture.
They try to shut me down with a gift card that I have to spend at ellos, wondering if I ever see it or if it even works giving the reputation of the company.
I will not recommend this company to anyone, not even to my worst enemy.

I've gone through the process and it's definitely not okay! and something we will take care of internally, however, I can only regret that the item is sold out, and therefore we have sent you a gift card by email of 500 DKK as an apology! the card is valid for 2 years.

I had the worst costumer service…

I had the worst costumer service experience with Ellos. I bought a table and I received the wrong piece. I had to wait a week to have a proper answer from them and I had to contact 4 different people to get a reply. In the end I have to wait a month to get the table I got and I don’t even receive a discount or free home delivery as I think I should get, because of all of the inconvenience of carrying up and down a very heavy table and and a long wait after paying so much money.
