i bought an Opti grill with snack tray ... as i do not have a normal kitchen area I use it for most everything I am very happy with the product and when i had a small problem i was able to resolve it by calling the service department . fast, helpful and made sure that i was taken care of. 5 stars I will order from skousen again when the need arises Thank you

About 6 weeks ago I bought a Logitech MX performance mouse, i had read many reviews on this item and it was exactly what i wanted. The salesperson at computersalg was very helpful, friendly and also had good things to say about this product! I arrived home unpacked my new mouse and it worked perfectly!! I was really satisfied! unfortunately after only 5 weeks the main button started to stick and it became a small nightmare to use my Mx ... so i decided to take it back and return the product...

I was somewhat trepidatious in regard to returning anything to anywhere here in Denmark Not only are electronic devices a difficult item to return, but my past experience here in this country has been filled with bad experiences with customer service in general !

Once again as i was greeted at the door and and within 7 minutes I was out the door with a replacement product... I choose the same one and am sure that the unit i had brought back was just defective, and that kind of thing just happens... The staff once again was helpful courteous and I walked out feeling great. just before i left I asked the sales person if i could write a review and he immediately wrote down this address and told me i could do it here- Hats off to Computersalg! your service is bar none the best I have had here from any similar type of company and the ease in which i was serviced was wonderful--- whatever your long term plans are I intend to use your company for all electronic needs that i may have.
