Quality
I ordered three bath mats and one of them is covered with lots of dust. Looks like either the mat was sitting long in their warehouse without protection or in their any show rooms.

Not matching product photos to reality & ignorant "customer service"
Not matching product photos to reality, and customer service is arrogant and ignorant. Bought a Sengegavl for support in the bed while breastfeeding our newborn soon to come, thought it would be simple, but Ellos is just making it a huge trouble. It was 1800+ dkk, plus 500 dkk shipping. When opening, it was totally different than in the pictures, with different color, and horrible strong print on the material, which is not at all shown in photos online. Not matching the item at all for the photos and description. We wrote a reclamation, and both personal N and M was just ignorant, and easy to say they get paid after rejecting reclamations and convincint you that you can just return it, yeah while paying again 350 dkk for return shipping yourself because of Ellos's mistake and misinformation of customer. Nej tak. Now we need to go through Forbrugerklagenævnet, as the images are clear on the huge miss-match. Even when we cut the two pictures together, all personal N and M can say over and over again that they disagree, and it might be because of lighting conditions. We already took photos in different lighting and different positions, but they do not even want to be reasonable. When we asked them to tell us how to take the photos, they do not want to do so. We told them then we assum then the pictures are good enough to judge for the item well for them, too. It is a joke to deal with "customer service". It is all, but not for customers' benefit. Never shop here. It is far from the service you are used to at other competitors and online stores.

Loved that you processed my order on a Sunday so delivery was much faster than I expected👍 Easy ordering and the discount was a nice surprise.
What a great experience
What a great experience! I have ordered a couple of curtains and was able to easily return them for 49dk. It took me maximum three minutes to reach out to them via phone every time I had a question (some companies don’t even put their phone number on a website).
The second purchase had a mistake. To be fair, once I have written an email, it took them a couple of hours and the issue was solved.
Overall, I would say 5/5 for a great customer service.
Poor experience
Firstly:
website difficult to navigate; ended up having to Enter cross in the box for epay just to finish order. Surely this is a mistake? It should be possible to make a one time payment directly to Ellos of DKK 200.00 at time of placing an order instead of receiving an invoice 14 days later from a third party.
Secondly:
Due to navigational issues on the website I mistakenly placed an order twice on a Sunday evening. On Monday I contacted Ellos to ask for cancellation of one of the two orders. I was assured this should be possible and the customer service assistant promised to contact the supplier and cancel order.
Later, on the same Monday, I received notification from Post Nord that 2 orders were registered for delivery.
So, obviously, it was not possible to cancel one of the erroneously placed orders.
In my view good customer service includes keeping customer updated; didn’t happen!!
Needless to say I won’t be recommending Ellos to anyone!
