First of all, the delivery of the carpet took three times more than expected 3-5 days. But that would not be an issue if what was delivered was actually a carpet.
Based on the photos and videos on the website I was expecting a nice colorful woven carpet. What we got was a beach towel glued to a rubber mat. It was so thin and quality so low, that it even came in a package folded like a towel. On the top of everything, this cloth does not have colored fibers, they are white and the pattern is sprayed on top.
Oh and yes, in order to return this abomination, a fee of 150dkk is charged.

Dated return process. Requires you to print documents. Took me almost 4 weeks to even schedule a return date. Worst service ever.

I live in Denmark, and ordered the carpet 4 days ago, and got no package tracking updates on email, thinking something might have been delayed. But then I suddenly got the carpet home delivered this early morning, which came as a surprise, how quickly it was delivered! And the carpet was exactly what I had expected and hoped for it to be, in color, size, quality and how ridiculously pleasant it feels to walk,sit and lay on! This fur carpet is the best carpet I have ever had, and I got it for only 600 something kronors. Super stoked and grateful for Benuta's product and fast delivery! Thanks, Benuta! I will be buying more products from you in the future, that is for sure!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for the carpet for 15 days while the website still states the delivery estimate is 3-5 days. The order invoice only came in 10 days after the purchase, stating the wrong date of purchase, and to top it of the customer service has been nothing short of incompetent throughout this nightmare. They are not able to provide you with any concrete answers and are only giving you their best guess. I emailed them on the 15th day again to only be told GLS already tried to deliver the order but nobody was home. I have, however, NEVER received the tracking information in advance, so I couldn't plan to be home. The cherry on top is that GLS then delivered the carpet sized 150x230cm to their storage location, leaving me to carry this large carpet home alone. I have never seen an online shop as shockingly clueless and hopeless as this one. I do not recommend.

It’s been 10 days I ordered a carpet. The delivery time was 3-5 days. I haven’t received any information about the shipment, money already deducted.

It would have been nice if I did receive the track@trace link as promised .
It seems like my carpet is still in Germany !

Good quality and great variety

I purchased a rug and the colour changed drastically within a year, just by being exposed to sunlight.
After loads of communication with Benuta (which I should admit that was quite professional), they offered 20% refund out of “goodwill” and concluded that it is normal that their product changes colour by being exposed to sunlight.
I live in Denmark and the sunlight is not excessive and I think it is one of the of the natural qualities of a rug that the colour does not change in the course of one year. In case it does, it should be covered under the EU’s 2-year warranty rule, but Benuta rejected the claim for replacement or full refund.

Excellent service. Wanted my order rush and they succeeded for me to get it! Will definitely refer this company to my contacts and WILL DEFINITELY REORDER FROM THEM! VERY CARING PEOPLE.

Good quality carpets from this company. Customer service absolutely brilliant no problem to find a good online and you can follow your gods all the way when you delivered. I’ll will be handling with this company again no problems.

Awful customer service, I am so dissapointed. I ordered my little girl a wall hanging for her bedroom at the beginning of May, they sent a cushion cover instead.
now the end of July I’ve had no refund, and no outcome to their mistake.
I’ve sent over ten emails and being passed around different people.

Everything went very smoothly with the process. ordering was easy, secure payment, good tracking and very fast delivery to Denmark. The quality of the carpets is also really good, and there is an option to get sent the small fabric pieces to really get the feel and the colour of the carpet. Can recommend!

The products are fine, the delivery can be improved. I received the click and trace emails after I had already received all my articles, so difficult to plan ahead when to be home for the delivery. The delivery was very quick.

I bought two carpets and they both were a major disappointment. The Wool Rug Shape Cream Size 160x230 cm suddenly has lost some of its "fibers" and now has a very visible hole in it. Inspecting them, it seems that they had glue at the bottom and the glue no longer kept them attached. Now I have a carpet with a hole. I bought it a year ago so Benuta says it's too late to complain now. This is certainly not the quality that one would expect from their products and I'm shocked and disappointed. It is also extremely inconvenient because this carpet was perfect in terms of color and size for the space and it is very annoying that now I need to find a new one.

Separately, the Rug Eve Cream/Beige Size 200x290 cm came folded multiple times inside of a box instead of being rolled up, which caused some permanent deformities that never went away. Initially I didn't return it because A) I thought the deformities would go away, as they suggest, and B) because I was trying to be climate-sensitive and avoid unnecessary returns. When I brought it up (one year later), it was too late too.

Result: I'm now left with a permanently deformed rug and another rug with a hole. And surely more holes to come.

If Benuta's score on Trustpilot is not lower it's for one reason: people seem to mostly judge "fast delivery" ... not the actual quality of products or how long they last, which is crucial in a carpet.

The carpet did arrive in a box half size of the length. So the carpet had marks everywhere, still after few weeks is still not totally flat …
