I have only received half of my order, the other half has been on the way for 8 days now, and I can not see where the parcel is when I use the tracking number. I have written to Ellos and I have not received a reply yet.
This has never happened before when I have purchased from Ellos, service and shipment has been impeccable, but the way they are handling this, is taking far too long.
I am disappointed.

June 16th, just before 10:00AM (KAiKU opens at 10AM)
Any other shop would make you wait until it was 10 sharp before letting you in, but not KAiKU, they greet you with their smiles, let you know you are welcome and ask how can they help.
I love this shop and I will say it again, I love this shop.
Not once have I ever left the shop without finding a gift or something for my home, the shop is fascinating and inspiring and the staff is the best.

I have shopped several times at Kaiku, through their web shop and at their shop, always lovely service and a pleasure to shop there.
I recently purchased a large mirror through the web shop and I had to pick it up personally, shipment was not a possibility.
My order was waiting for me and the salesclerk help me load the mirror on my little trailer, she was very helpful and concerned the mirror would survive the trip.
I just want to say the mirror arrived perfectly home, it is hanging in my bathroom and looks fantastic.

It is good service, from post Denmark, if I am not at home, to deliver the parcel to a place where I can pick it up later and they inform the where about of the parcel by text at all times. I rectify, that is fantastic service.

Fast and easy, great service

Never in my life have I met 2 people with less customer service than the 2 men at Firefly’s desk at Madrid’s Airport.
Without saying hello, one of these men looks at men and says I have to wait because he is writing out an inform……..?????
10 min. go by, he has time now to attend me and at the same time (still no hello), he is whispering and joking with his colleague, this attitude continues the whole time; each question I am asked the colleague snickers when I answer. Is this how Firefly attends their customers????
In addition, to top it off a filthy car, many white parts on the inside that desperately need wiping and the white seats need a shampoo so they don’t gross the customers.
This is the second time Firefly disappoints me and it will be the last for sure.

I rented a car on line through Cartrawler and picked it up at Madrid airport at Firefly. I prepaid for unlimited km and for a full cover insurance, I was warned by the insurance company that Firefly would try to sell me one too. The day of the pickup at Firefly they informed me that I did NOT have unlimited km, and offered me a full cover insurance when I declined they rejected my credit card which ended paying double for both services. I recommend to ask for their complaint book and fill out a form, the same day you pick up the car; remember to get 2 copies from them and they are obliged to sign and stamp both copies and drop one copy at a post office at customer services, this way they wil get inspected. Never again Firefly.

I asked for my parcel to be delivered in box at Brugsen in Kolt , but there wasn’t any room in the post boxes. Brugsen in Kolt does not have any indications where to pick up the parcels that are not in the post boxes, so I wasted my time standing in a long Q at the checkout, just to find out that the parcel delivery was at the end of the store. What a waste of my time.
I know this is not Post Danmark's fault, but one thing for sure I will not have my parcels delivered to Brugsen in Kolt the next time.

GREAT SERVICE
This is a flexible company with a great service, they deliver to your home or to your work and they are fast.
I was very pleased with this order; the fabrics were even better looking than the pictures of them on the web site. The quantities I ordered were cut nicely and I appreciate the label with the information and recommendations on each fabric; but I would suggest the quality composition would be stated on the label as well, not just the number percentage, this way you don’t have to look on line for the composition before washing the fabric.

Falck arrived in the given time, the mechanic was very friendly and helpful; after getting my car to work again he recommended I should take it directly to my mechanic to have it checked. The mechanic followed me to my mechanic to make sure I arrived well and he also explain to my mechanic the problem I had and what he had done to my car, what a nice and considerate person, I felt safe and was impressed with the service I received.
