The dyne covers dont have a zipper or bottoms to close it. Otherwise everything good :)

That was the worst online shopping experience in Scandinavia so far.

I ordered a set of wall lamps. First of all, they don’t deliver to your home, but only to package storage locations (in my case, a 30-minute public transport journey away). Secondly, the quality was extremely poor! I’ve never seen anything like it from brands in Denmark or Sweden. The lamps were all crushed, and the holes for nails didn’t align with the lamp. So, I wrote to customer service kindly asking to exchange them for ones without damage. But they only offer returns! So, I had to print the label, go to the post office, send it back, and hope for a refund.

I ordered again and asked if the delivery could be closer to my home since I’m nine months pregnant, and it’s challenging for me to travel so far to pick up items. But no, they sent it to the same place. I picked it up, and this time the lamps were even worse than the previous order! All damaged. I wrote to customer support and received a reply saying, “no need to be rude,” instead of at least an apology for the terrible quality and service they provided! On top of that, I had to pay for delivery both times, as it wasn’t included. And I still haven’t received a refund for the second order, weeks later!

Just a super disappointing experience! I will never, ever deal with JOTEX again!

No issues and everything worked as expected. Good overall shopping , delivery and product experience

Product looks good in website but not optimal quality. Very fluffy curtain which doesnt close the windows to make it dark. Also, extremely complex way of installation. And very bad instruction manual which is very unclear.

Oddly one side is without skirt so designed for beds placed up against the wall mainly.

The website is nice and clear to navigate and to buy. They have a nice selection of products.
But there is some important details missing in the description of the product. We bought a table for and the weight was not specified and we we got the delivery it was more than 100kg. And I only took the delivery to the front door. And for the assembly the screws are to short to really maintain the structure to the table top so I had to buy longer one. Same as the number of nuts it's not enough following the instructions.

Er meget glad for at handle hos Jotex der er så mange lækkre vare og aldrig problemer. Meget tilfreds.😉
