Poor customer service
Poor customer service, because they don't know how to package properly making me jump through hoops to get a replacement part
Said I will get my cc company to deal with refund and surprising got sorting a replacement out
When company came to pick up said not taking without taping it up
So now going through cc company to refund and time wasters

(Update after their reply: they address me as Aneta, they are mentioning some cancel-refund within 4 days that never happened to me, so I am sure they are messing up my review with someone else’s case…again it shows me that they are not very good as customer service)
I ordered from them in the past and never had a problem.
This time instead they badly messed up my order and therefore I can only share my disappointment.
Placed an order to get it delivered on a specific date, I receive an email 2 weeks before the expected time, saying to chose a slot (one week before the delivery already agreed) to get my item. Well as I still needed to get the keys of the new place, I had to contact them and the delivery company twice to get it fixed as agreed.
The item was a new bed for my child.
The headboard had clearly a manufacturer issue as one of the legs was not able to be tightened, it was keep going around and staying wobbly.
I immediately reported it to the customer service to get it exchanged with a correctly manufactured one.
They never replied to me so after some days I contacted them, then sent pictures, after some further days and no reply, I called, this time they said they needed videos, then I sent 3 videos showing the problem.
I waited 2 weeks and still nobody answered me.
Then I called again, they said they forgot to sent me the email that the product manager sent them, and this time they needed another picture.
Despite the absolutely ridiculous request I took a picture and send an email about it but in the meantime the leg on the headboard broke out (being the only bed where my child could sleep) and I was forced to put some books to hold it in place.
After almost a week I still didn’t receive an answer, therefore I called them again and not surprisingly they didn’t yet have a solution for me.
Overall this is now a whole month since I received my order.
And I spent money for a new bed that costed me the double of Ikea and has a way way lower quality, also zero support from the customer service.
I am absolutely speechless for this very unprofessional service and very much hope they will resolve this issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime I’ll report them to the Forbrugerombudsmanden as my right as customer were absolutely not respected.

Bad service in general
Bad service in general. 2 months wait changes to 3 months last minute. Finaly everything arrives and parts are defective and need to be replace. Slow response to deal with their defects. Finally 3 weeks after the fixed part arrives but eventhough we payed for delivery to the room that does not included replacement parts by there policy.

Extremely Disappointed – Order Never Arrived, No Refund Issuedany…
I placed an order with this company over two months ago, paid 2,239 DKK, and never received the product. After several follow-ups, I was told that some parts were “lost” and they have no replacement available. Despite clearly acknowledging that I will not receive what I paid for, they are still holding my money.
Their excuse is that they must wait for the delivery provider to return the product to their warehouse — a product I never received in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. As a customer, it should not be my burden to wait for internal processes between the company and their courier to resolve, especially when I have nothing to show for my payment.
I’ve received zero support, no refund, and nothing but delays and excuses. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful. If this is how they treat paying customers, I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this business.

Be careful
During ordering process expected shipping time was 4-5 days. After order was placed - it was 3 weeks. Quality of products, especially couch I've ordered was outragedous even thou price was close to 13k. Do not spend your time or money in this shop!

I ordered dining table on begining of March, got it first Time - it was wrong color, so I decided to return it and asked, if Į will get right one before Easter, consultant said yes. I said it is okay to get voucher for it, because I will try to replace it. I got voucher after 5 days and of course thats why it was not enough Time to get new table before Easter. Then Į got new table but it was the wrong color again, on 30 of April, two days before my birthday, and that meaned, that I have to cancel my birthday party or go to buy any table anywhere that I can celebrate.
After Į returned the second wrong table, they refuse to return money by Bank transfer, because the second Time I user voucher, when I wanted to fix their mistake. Even after that, I needed to write them again and ask after week, where is that voucher from them to Me..
So I not recomend this page..

The Beliani garden furniture set offers an attractive look with decent comfort, but there are a few trade-offs. Terrible product
I bought a sofa bed 1.5 years ago. When tried it as a bed, one of the legs would not sit right and not provide support. I wrote and said I wanted to send it back. They convinced me to try and replace the leg. They send in something that after few months gave a similar problem: the support leg would just not sit vertically and consequently not be a good support and additionally it completely ruined my floor. Called support, sent pictures and they told me to pack the entire sofabed so it could be picked up. So I do… after few days they tell me they want a video of the issue… i told them it is impossible: I will not unpack the sofabed that is now packed with a lot of tape to take a video that will add nothing to the pictures they already got. They keep asking, I called support, they promissed they would solve it… and now one month has passed and nothing happened. This particular product and costumer service is the worse I have even experienced. Will never buy anything from them again. The general quality is not that great so it is not products that will last you more than few months before they start showing issues. Do not buy! Even the answer to this review is embarrassing: claiming I have not sent new pictures! I have sent new pictures, the support told me to pack the item and no one ever came to pick it up as they now say they want a video 🤣

Products were delivered 2 weeks after requested delivery date, despite the fact order was made a month ahead to secure a specific date. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. My first and last time buiyng there.

I am super happy with my purchase and especially the service. I bought and bed and a mattress with extra payment to get it delivered to the apartment. I was a bit worried due to other reviews, but in my case it worked as a charm. Delivery - in time, quality of the product- amazing, service and information/delivery emails - on point.

I ordered a sofa that arrived damaged and without screws. For 3 weeks I can't get a replacement for the damaged part.
They offer me a refund and at the same time they don't want to send the screws because they don't have them. How am I supposed to use the sofa???
Total disaster, don't buy anything there.
