I had enough with Homeroom/Jotex

I had enough with Homeroom/Jotex
I made my first order, I only got half of it. Because apparently Postnord lost it. The solution was a refund of the missing products.

So I needed to buy it again at a higher price because of course now the sale is not available anymore.

And now they are saying they don’t have enough stock so they are delivering 3 items when I need 4!!! Is this a joke?

So I need to wait till they have stock again, and do ANOTHER PURCHASE and pay for ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE.

I bought 4 curtains, and I need 4 rail sliders for the curtains not 3. And the least you can do is send it for free (since having 3 is useless for the purpose I need them)

Poor service

Poor service - for clarification, the request does come to do the review per item ordered / delivered (responding to Homeroom below). While you informed me of PostNord’s terms and conditions, I bought from you not PostNord and this is what my comment regarding the service refers to. My suggestion is you need to address the issues with PN as your service provider not make it my problem. Again, my big issue was that I was not pre-informed of the delivery by text and when was not home, they took the package 30 mins away by car. When I called you, your agent basically told me that it was my problem not yours. At least some offer in terms of support or discount could have been made for the cost of me to pick it up from there DC. That is the service I refer to you - the customer service of Homeroom.

Very disatisfied with the product

Very disatisfied with the product. I bought a table from Pastill, the quality is not as expected.
Easily scratched with a soft cloth, not price worth it 😔😔😔😔

Don’t buy from Homeroom.

If you order with home room, there’s a chance you’d end up paying way more for the shipment and return over the actual price of the item. They also shipped 2 items part of the same order to different locations. One quite far from the shipping address. The return fee is 50dkk and that wasn’t explicitly mentioned unless you go and read into the policies. This company is supposed to be danish and charging customers unreasonably for logistics within the region makes them an unideal service.

Precisely, paid 235kr (inclusive of 58kr shipment fee) for 2 items, Received 88krs back!! :(

I would like to give 5 stars to…

I would like to give 5 stars to homeroom for the experience in handling a return. I bought a dining set which was unfortunately damaged during shipping, so it got automatically returned. The customer service was easy to reach, fast to return, and very kind to handle my inquiries. I received a full return including a 150 dkk voucher for the inconvenience. Very nice customer service that is difficult to find in Denmark.
