When I ordered carpet
When I ordered carpet, I had to wait a week to receive it, but they sent me the wrong color, which doesn't match my order. I spoke to customer service about sending the correct color, and they told me they would only send it once they received the wrong one back. This was not a good experience. The customer service was bad, and frankly, my overall experience was terrible. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

Poor delivery and communication.
I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience regarding my order. I placed an order hoping for prompt delivery, but it has now been 22 days and I have just now received my package.
I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the lack of communication and updates from the company has made the situation much more frustrating. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide a clear timeline for when I can expect my package, which only added to my dissatisfaction.

Trendcarpet made a mistake with my adresse, so even tho I took a day off from work to recieve the huge carpet at home, it was delivered to somewhere where no one was home, then to a package shop. Obviously I can not pick up a heavy carpet or arrange it, and why would I when it was their mistake this has happened... Customer service is acting like they don't understand what's wrong. Waiste of time to order or to try to solve things with them.

Delivery Period of +30 days
Delivery Period of +30 days. Trendcarpet has willingly delivered an object to a paket shop then as per agreement in the payment process to Adress delivery. There was no chance for me to pick up the Carpet in such size. Solution of Trendcarpet was to let it get shipped back, for which I had to wait 10 days, after that an other 14 days passed without any mentioning nor update on the side of Trendcarpet nor any attempt of aiming for a solution. The carpet is still not delivered since 23.Oktober.

Bought a Carpet. very cheap. big stains on it. took pictures 2 hours after delevery. sent a complaint. they offer 15% discount.. Stop.. its 200kr.. you delivered a bad carpet please sent a new!!
Yes we tried to clean the stains to be nice, after the pictures where taking. we could not remove them.(sorry we tried to help you)

Delivery fail and lack of compassion
I ordered a carpet that is 230x160, specifically with home delivery, as I am seriously ill and cannot carry it. It got delivered on the other side of the city at a pick-up point. When I contacted Trendcarpet, the only thing I kept hearing was "no" even though the mistake is on their end. They didn't think the delivery company could deliver to my address as was the order, they said the company does not deliver to home addresses, which is not what their site says. The shipping company claims the delivery was booked from Trendcarpet as a pick-up point.
I had ordered with home delivery and insist that I either get refunded without further costs or receive the carpet as intended at my home address!

Utterly Disappointed: A Review of Trendcarpet's Service!
I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with Trendcarpet and the unacceptable level of service I have experienced. On November 17, 2023, I placed an order for a carpet, anticipating a smooth transaction and timely delivery. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but satisfactory.
After a month of waiting, the carpet I ordered has not been delivered. Despite repeated assurances and so-called proof of delivery from FedEx, the fact remains: I have not received my carpet. This situation transcends a mere delay - it's a complete failure in service and responsibility.
During the supposed delivery period, my family and I were consistently present at home, yet we received no indication of any delivery attempt, neither through doorbells, phone calls, nor any other means. The claim of delivery is not just false; it's bewildering.
What exacerbates this situation is the lack of adequate response from Trendcarpet. Instead of addressing the issue promptly and effectively, they have chosen to hide behind their courier service, shirking their responsibility towards a customer. Their suggestion to wait even longer for an investigation by FedEx is not only unreasonable but also dismissive of the inconvenience and disappointment they have caused.
My patience and cooperation have been exploited, and the situation demands an immediate resolution. I will pursue all legal options available, including reporting this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities and seeking legal advice for reimbursement.
I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their options before engaging with Trendcarpet. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect for consumer rights displayed by this company is alarming and unacceptable!

I was surprised to read about the negative experiences others have had, so just thinking that maybe the products we chose were a bit on the higher quality end. We are looking at getting two more carpets, so will have to go with similar options as this time. Delivery was excellent.
