**Update June 18th : I never got a reply from anyone at Davincified, i even resent my original email to make it easier for them . Don't know if Mary/Marry is a bot or real person. I see their reply to negative review is 100% but pretty sure they never actually follow up. I will also update once i'm done painting since some part of the image are not that accurate after all, some colors are definitely a bit off. Still looks pretty good so far for the most part.

Quality is a lot better than expected, very impressed. the paint brushes are ok, canvas and paint pretty good and nothing feels cheap. My custom picture is very accurate. Only issue is there seems to be a problem with some of the areas which are different colors but have the same paint number (which means same color). I also chose 36 colors and got 34 pots. I have reached out to them by email 2 days and got no answer :(
it's definitely on the pricier side so i'm expecting excellent customer service but aside than these little issues it's pretty good!

Davincified is truly a company that believes in giving great service and do care about if you are unhappy what can they do to resolve this or improve this which a lot of companies say this but when things go wrong they make it so hard and frustrating that usually in this case you just give up- not with Davincified- they do want you to be happy and do do the right thing by you. Their paintings are wonderful with quality paint and have 3 classifications of their paintings beginner,intermediate and advanced which is in the titles of numbers of colours 24 beginners 36 intermediate 48 for advanced so please be aware of this. I definitely recommend people to buy their paintings

I ordered a picture generated with my child, I was simply amazed by the quality, it is very easy to draw, and the child was very pleased with what she saw. I advise everyone to do something pleasant for their loved ones or for themselves.

My painting turned out really well. Good quality paint and canvas. Great support is offered. I love that we can use our own photos.

The paint kits are high quality, easy to follow. Loved the AI generated paint by number kits. Purchased two, and both turned out beautiful. I also ordered the professional brush set and was also impressed with the quality of the brushes.

The little builder with my 3 year old grandson’s face was a perfect likeness to his cute face. They even captured his bubbly personality. It was fun to paint. Colors were realistic and vibrant.

Easy to follow. Great quality materials Well worth getting a framed picture and an easel and quality brushes. The sealant made the picture look amazing.

I ordered 48 colors, only got 38... I created the image I sent in for my custom kit, so I am aware of the colors involved. I know digital displays show color a bit differently than a paint will... but the woman in the picture I sent in has white skin, with a variety of shades leading to an almost gray in some places, this is why i wanted 48 colors, for that shading detail... what I got was a green paint and only one shade of it incorporated into 90%of the skin? I get it being limited, if my 48 colors was reached, sacrifices need to be made.. but I'm missing paint colors and from an off white to a green is not a"slight color variation" what's worse is I reached out days ago, was told they would look into my concerns.... and then never heard back.... I thought the higher than average cost would at least mean better customer service... but they don't seem to care.

It's just amazing how my grandchildren were turned into their hero legends. We love the paintings and they adore them. We fought to keep them in our house. Hence, I am ordering another set with different themes.

I love these creative paintings. I take them on vacation with me for rainy days. I've done a few now. I thin the paint with water so it takes a few passes to cover the numbers and get the texture to my liking. Be aware that shipping takes 2-3 wks. Customer service has been good via email. My girls have loved these gifts.💕

Great customer service and very fast delivery to Ireland.
I have painted numerous kits from the magic canvas themes and my grandchildren and their friends absolutely love them. The paints are always spot on and I love the way the faces- in particular- turn out. Just like in a photograph. Would highly recommend this company and I will be buying a lot more from them in future.

I bought this for my sister for her birthday. It was perfect, the kits suited her well and i loved that you could customise the difficulty. I will definitely buy this again, it is a great personalised gift.

Bought this on a whim because my child loves all things relating to a certain blonde ice queen. All the products were easy to use and worked really well. The painting turned out great.

I did not know my talent is painting so you help me improve

Purchased the modern frame kit for a painted davicified canvas that I was gifted. Frame was missing the instructions and Davincified's 'Super Responsive Support' that is apparently available 24/7 have not gotten back to me. I have found the exact same product, including the images used to show the product, advertised on Ali Express for 80% cheaper.

The description claims that it comes 'With everything you need included' but is missing the vital wooden internal frame that can be seen within the product image itself and is advertised alongside the frame elsewhere.

The description also claims that it is 'designed for easy, tool-free assembly' which looks to be far from the case as a seamless install looks to be near impossible with the provided hardware.

Upon further inspection whilst awaing a response from their super resposive team that do not respond, it looks like the frame I ordered is only compatible with the stretched canvas kit and not the rolled. This is not mentioned anywhere on the frame kit listing itself and is only found if you go to purchase a new canvas. If a product is sold and advertised as having everything you need it should also tell you which products of theirs it is and isnt compatible with.

The PBN kit's themselves seem to be good quality.
