Fabulous company, fast delivery, easy to order extra paints and fantastic customer service. Products are really good quality and reasonably priced in comparison with some other companies offering similar products but are substandard quality and service.

Simply the best PBN kits!
I've now had 5 kits from this company.
Delivery is always speedy and items well packaged.
Canvas quality is good with clear lines and numbers.
I especially LOVE the digital reference guide which is a huge improvement over any paper guide - you can ZOOM!
Currently doing the Life on the Narrowboat and loving it.
I just want more new detailed/advanced designs please!
I've tried various other companies and in my opinion these kits are superior in every way.

Super disappointed by the quality
Super disappointed by the quality of the customized paintings.
I took two pictures of mine, to transform them as canvas. The first one was more looking like cartoon design than a realistic one, and the second one the final result was not even matching the picture on the package or on the little pic they gave to have an idea of what the final painting should look like.
The colours of the beach was a panel of turquoise on the pic but with the colors they sent me it's more like dark baby blue shades.
And you don't have a paper sketch of the paniting with the numbers if you made a mistake or if you want to add again some colour to the painting.
The first pic was a wedding gift, I'm very disappointed.

Package arrived in one piece, protected in bubble wrap.
Opted for the stretched canvas on a frame, very taught & a good size.
Paints arrived in cute but, stubborn to open little pots. Some of the lighter colour paints such as green, seem very fluid & do not cover the numbers even after 3 coats. I found this rather frustrating as the numbers are still very visible. Personally, I think the numbers & lines should be lighter to ensure they can be covered completely with paint.
Overall, a nice relaxing task & quite pleased with the outcome as it's my first time with a paint by numbers kit.

We’re pleased to hear that your kit arrived safely and that you were happy with the stretched canvas and overall size. It’s great to know the experience was relaxing and that you were happy with the outcome.
We’re sorry to hear that some of the lighter colours didn’t fully cover the numbers, this can occasionally happen with more translucent shades. Our pre-printed canvases use darker lines and numbers for a balance of detail and visibility, but we understand your point about them being a bit too visible beneath lighter colours.
In the meantime, a helpful tip: for lighter sections, applying a white base coat, dabbing another layer directly on the number, or even partially removing the number prior to painting can make a big difference. We've got a quick video tutorial on coverage techniques on our Instagram if you’d find that useful!
As for the little pots, we know they can be a bit stubborn, but they’re designed that way to stay airtight and prevent the paints from drying out between sessions.

Fast delivery but poor quality
The delivery was a lot faster than sellers who are not UK based, however there is a noticeable difference in quality. The paint provided lacked opacity compared with sets from other sellers and the canvas print was illegible in places.
I contacted them to ask for a digital copy of the image so we could actually see which numbers were supposed to go in which places (a service they say they provide) but received no reply.
Overall, a disappointing way to spend the best part of £30.

Due to a high volume of Valentine's Day orders, there was an unexpected delay in dispatching replacements, but this is absolutely not the level of service we pride ourselves on. We usually get additional paints sent out within a few days, as everything is manufactured in the UK and we keep stock at the ready to ensure a smooth process.
For future requests, we recommend providing the actual number of the paint pots you need rather than the kit’s reference number. This helps us process replacements much faster, as we often receive requests from customers whose kits weren’t originally purchased through our website, and this extra detail allows us to send the right colours without delays.
