Could not get the canvas to lie flat
Could not get the canvas to lie flat. Tried weighting down with a heavy book...nothing. Tried a warm iron...did nothing but change the surface texture. Do not purchase a product like this that is not already mounted with a substantial backing.

I bought 3 canvases and they are all creased useless products. They don’t do refunds so it’s a scam.

Terrible Customer Service
Product is sufficient. Print is fine and all paint pots were received. That said, I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. I can understand that things happen and shipping can become delayed at times. I noticed my item was sitting unmoved for a week. When I reached out to the merchant, I was initially told to wait. Followed up again after a few days and was told by "customer service" that the shipper would not be delivering to me and I could reach out to them (the shipper) and pick the item up myself. I have no idea how anyone thought this was an acceptable response. When I said this was not an option, the reply I received made it sound like I was unhelpful somehow and they would reship the item to me since I was "unable to retrieve it myself", not because they dropped the ball and their shipping company failed them. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Order took over a month to finally arrive.

I felt a sense of achievement
I was going to buy some travel posters but then saw these kits and thought I’d give it a try. It took a while to arrive but once it arrived I got started and found it really therapeutic. I was really pleased with the end result and have now framed it and purchased a second kit which arrived very quickly.

Terrible after sales service & checkout process NOT Transparent
Be aware - after sales service shockingly disappointing - very poor transparency when ordering the ‘buy 2 get 1 free’ I never received my 3rd despite several emails back and forth - I will look elsewhere to purchase for a girls weekend - however the item needed for Mother’s Day has not arrived despite me paying for two. Unfortunate as the paintings were nice.

Poor quality don’t buy
Received my order the quality of the print is very poor. It’s the up picture of which I have purchased and painted twice before from much cheaper suppliers. I expected this to be better for the price and number of colours..
