I thought the shipping time would be a lot longer but it took 2-3 weeks. I haven’t started painting it yet but everything is above expectations based on what I have read before. I found this cute painting I really wanted to get but all reviews were poor so I hesitated at first. I’m satisfied for now. I would have added a picture if my order but I don’t seem to find how.

The piece is great, paints are thick but medium works well. My only gripe with it is that I bought the better pink brushes because they were meant to be "Shorter bristles and more precise." They were longer than the 3 cheap brushes that came with the kit, hard to control and just a difficult experience in general with them. Im painting the smallest sections in with a different adjoined colour because its just too hard to do it.

1. The paint brush: I have bought additional paintbrush (pink) from this company as I liked how easy it was to paint the canvass using it, but after using it for 2 days the hair is starting to separate from each other.
2. White spots on the canvass after painting: im not sure what the issue is? If it's the canvass, the paint might be too thick or both but after painting I can see unpainted spots which looks awful.
When I emailed CS they asked me to send pics of the issues which I did and then they didn't reply. I asked for a follow up which they have replied with an automatic answer on how to use the brush or paints provided, why automatic answer? Because this has been sent to me as a reply when I used messenger to complain.

great designs !! but very poor paints, coverage really bad. Can see all your strokes and paint over three or four times before any coverage passable. When drys still not desirable. I cancelled my second order

I placed my order on 26.06.25, today is 05.07.25 and I’m still waiting for my order. I have ordered very obvious things - brushes and paint thinner. Nothing special. Why it takes do long?

I waited for the canvases to arrive for longer than expected, but they finally arrived. Communication with the company was good. But I un packed my item today and unfortunately I’m missing one pot of paint. I’ve communicated this, so hopefully this will be sent.

The canvas is good quality but the numbering is horrendous. I ordered a lighthouse and the kit did not come with a number chart. Thus, the only way to complete it is with a powerful magnifying glass. I will not be ordering from this company again. Be aware no matter how good the canvas if the numbering is faint and blurry you can’t finish it.

First of all, I am a real person, not a bot. I ordered 2, one for me and one for my daughter. I absolutely love, love, love the painting. Everything was delivered on time, the paint was enough for extra left over, the picture turned out amazing. Not sure what happened with the rest of you with a bad experience, but I have noted that I don't usually post my positive experiences. Thought this company deserved a positive review.

Ordered a lot and they are amazing , however they changed the canvases and I hate them so much , they used to be the white smooth feeling canvases and now the last 3 orders have been the off white rough bumpy canvases and I don’t like them at all

I bought from the company in April. Now I was trying to track the parcel and it says that it was delivered in May 5. I haven´t got it. I´m trying to get a refund. For me it´s a lot of money.

I am addicted. I just love this experience. I'm usually doing watercolours and I love it but this is a whole new level. Yes it took about 3 weeks but that's no problem once you start. I used my watercolour brushes. I wish I could show you my paintings. I am more than happy. I've bought 4 and I will be buying more. Thank you

My parcel was lost which the courier has confirmed, yet I still haven't been refunded. This place is fake so don't waste your money on it.

Took a month to review despite their advertisements stating it would take 5-7 days, ordered because the brushes in the advertisement looked like good quality so had no issues with the price as I thought that’s what I would get…I didn’t, you get a pack of 3 cheap brushes nothing like advertised…won’t be ordering again due to the false advertising

I ordered different sets of paint by numbers. All arrived as advertised. The only reason for a missing star is that length of time for delivery. That said I knew they would take a while and as I wasnt in a hurry it wasn't an issue for me. Received emails when item had been dispatched. Happy with products

For those people complaining about how long their orders take, you do realize that these orders come from china right? Mine took as long as Temus take, a couple of weeks, which is normal, I ordered a painting from them, canvas is pretty good and smooth and paint sticks to canvas no problem, covers the numbers nicely, but some of the paints are not that good, some of the colours just smudge the area and dont flow nicely, and are see through and globby even after adding flow aid and stirring, Id give it a higher star rating if it wasnt for these paints, advise to have extra paints to mix in case you get a not so good batch

This is a scam. I paid for this product but never received the order. I’ve emailed the customer service multiple times and have just been ignored. It’s a scam!

Disappointed by the colour matches - nothing like the advertised picture. And their brush quality IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THEIR INSTAGRAM ADVERTISEMENT!!! Just a shitty set of paint brushes, maybe 1 step above their basic set.

Gorgeous paintings that came exactly as advertised, have really enjoyed my paintings and found it really relaxing. Yes delivery takes a while but I expected this when I placed the order
