I ordered 48 colors
I ordered 48 colors, only got 38... I created the image I sent in for my custom kit, so I am aware of the colors involved. I know digital displays show color a bit differently than a paint will... but the woman in the picture I sent in has white skin, with a variety of shades leading to an almost gray in some places, this is why i wanted 48 colors, for that shading detail... what I got was a green paint and only one shade of it incorporated into 90%of the skin? I get it being limited, if my 48 colors was reached, sacrifices need to be made.. but I'm missing paint colors and from an off white to a green is not a"slight color variation" what's worse is I reached out days ago, was told they would look into my concerns.... and then never heard back.... I thought the higher than average cost would at least mean better customer service... but they don't seem to care.
