Modern Frame Kit

Purchased the modern frame kit for a painted davicified canvas that I was gifted. Frame was missing the instructions and Davincified's 'Super Responsive Support' that is apparently available 24/7 have not gotten back to me. I have found the exact same product, including the images used to show the product, advertised on Ali Express for 80% cheaper.

The description claims that it comes 'With everything you need included' but is missing the vital wooden internal frame that can be seen within the product image itself and is advertised alongside the frame elsewhere.

The description also claims that it is 'designed for easy, tool-free assembly' which looks to be far from the case as a seamless install looks to be near impossible with the provided hardware.

Upon further inspection whilst awaing a response from their super resposive team that do not respond, it looks like the frame I ordered is only compatible with the stretched canvas kit and not the rolled. This is not mentioned anywhere on the frame kit listing itself and is only found if you go to purchase a new canvas. If a product is sold and advertised as having everything you need it should also tell you which products of theirs it is and isnt compatible with.

The PBN kit's themselves seem to be good quality.

Good product but poor customer service

Pants are good but the customer service is terrible.

Realised a mistake I had made after placing my order and immediately used their contact form to get in touch to see if I could amend it. No reply at all.

They do however respond on Facebook (maybe you should advise getting in contact with you this way if you don’t reply any other way). Still, my experience wasn’t great with this as whoever I spoke to seemed argumentative and wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was saying to them.

It has also been 10 days since my order and I have not received anything, or had any emails to say my items have been dispatched.

Terrible customer service

Ordered the wrong item by mistake. Followed the procedure on their website to cancel an order but was told that because the label had been printed they couldn't cancel it.

I ordered on the weekend when they were closed, left a message requesting to cancel, got a dispatch notification on Sunday despite them being closed, and then eventually a reply on Monday at 11am saying it was too late. Not sure how I could have got a message to them any sooner than I did.

Messaged with a few questions about returns and it has taken over 3 emails to get an answer.

Using this card is a pain

Using this card is a pain.

No longer able to convert to Amazon or V+ which makes them even more useless.

Can't buy the item I want because it's more than the value of the card, and you cant even top the card up!
