David was upfront, honest and very patient especially as the finances took a few days longer than expected.
Also delivered the car which was a great help.
A couple coats of polish and the car looks great and so far I could not be happier.

I placed an order tonight directly through their website (not via a third party), for a meal for three people. Two of the double breast burger meals were customised with cheese and grilled pineapple. With honesty and fairness in mind I will say that the food arrived hot, and although the delivery took a little longer than expected, it wasn’t unreasonable—so I was pleasantly surprised.
Unfortunately, the order was incomplete: the cheese and grilled pineapple were missing from both burgers. When my wife called to address the issue as this was not the first problem we have experienced with this restaurant, she spoke with Orlando, who unfortunately didn’t handle the situation well. Despite our receipt clearly showing the correct order, he insisted we hadn’t selected those items. He even sent a picture of his POS screen to prove his point—ironically, it also showed the items were indeed ordered. When she pointed this out, along with a screenshot of our receipt, he simply responded with, “Well, you weren’t charged for them.”
It’s a bit frustrating to place an order, customise your meal, pay the amount shown, and then be told you didn’t order what you know you did.
To their credit, someone who I believe was the manager stepped in shortly after and offered to remake the full order. We declined as we already had plenty of food and it would’ve taken extra time, but they went ahead and made the replacements anyway.
The main reason I’m writing this review is to point out the disappointing customer service at the outset, and the lack of a simple apology. While the food itself was actually quite good, the experience left a bad taste, and although the food is as mentioned, quite good, we don’t plan to order from them again.

The overall process was good a positive one.
The Initial enquiry online was simple, uploading of information was as straightforward as it could be.
The original estimate was a little higher than what was actually achieved, however, it was still over what any dealer had offered in part exchange, it also enabled me to negotiate a better deal on the car I was purchasing.
The collection of my car went smoothly, the driver was professional and courteous.
My only gripe was the call centre, there seemed to be a lack of training with one person telling you one thing and another saying the opposite.

Went in to purchase a lift and rise chair with a matching sofa, admittedly we are not your average customers and we do tend to go back and forth quite a lot.
Daniella was attentive, very informative and nothing was too much trouble, if she didn't have the answers then her colleagues Ryan, the store manager, and Russell did.
There was a little miss-information surrounding one of the lift and riser chairs, however this was dealt with in a friendly, professional manor and an alternative solution put forward by the team and accepted, to me this is the sign of good customer services, not that there was a problem as things happen, more that they dealt with it in the way that they did. So thank you guys for making the purchase as hassle free and enjoyable as possible.

I've had the pleasure of using Loveholidays on three separate occasions now, and each time the experience has been largely positive. The booking process is incredibly straightforward and transparent, making it easy to find and secure the perfect holiday. Additionally, the payment options are flexible and convenient, offering a range of choices that cater to different needs. However, I did encounter a slight issue during my first booking. When selecting the accessible travel options, it became clear that the process they use failed to effectively communicate my requirements to the airline. This oversight led to some confusion, which was frustrating. Despite this hiccup, Loveholidays has consistently provided a great service, and I would still recommend them for their ease of use and overall quality.

Wanted to sign up for 360 box but it was unfortunately not available in my area, sales person suggested the stream box, when questioned if multi room was available I was assured that it would be in a few weeks.
Fast forward 8 months and it's still not available.
The stream box is simple enough to use, menus are clear and straightforward. Problems start when the streambox disconnects from the hub and has to be rebooted to reconnect, this is happening at least 2 to 3 times a week. Could be good but just isn't. Now having to pay early termination fee as the lack of multi room is an issue. Heading back to Sky, lesson learned.

Booked tickets online for the New year's day 20:30 showing of One Life at Vue Cinema Worcester, arrived about 50 minutes early as the weather was terrible and wanted to ensure we got there on time.
Only after we had ordered and payed for food, snacks etc for did we find out that the viewing had been cancelled. Then it was only because my wife went and asked when can we go to our seats only to be told "the screen is broken, you should have had an email" clearly we didn't or we would not have travelled 30 minutes in bad weather, ordered food snacks etc.
Now we have to wait for the food refund and the ticket refund.
On our way out we met another couple coming in to see the same film at the same time, I guess they never got the email either.
The lack of communication between staff made it feel like they just wanted to close early as they went back and forth as to what screen was broken. Will avoid this Cinema in future.

Ordered parts to pass a failed MOT on Monday 19th June, all items were listed as in stock. Delivery time was listed as 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment, which I received on the same Monday evening. It is now Saturday and still no parts.
Had they advertised the delivery as 1 to 2 weeks I would have purchased my parts elsewhere. Now I'm left having to pay £45.00 for an MOT retest instead of a free retest because of their failing to deliver on time. It turns out the parts were not in the country and were being shipped from Poland, which is never likely to make it here in 1 to 2 days.
Poor service, misleading customers to take their money.

I had a delivery scheduled for delivery on Sunday evening at 19:30 to 20:30, this was then changed to 18:30 to 19:30, come 17:47 I get an email saying There's a delay with your package. When looking into this it appears to have fallen off the face of the planet. The automated chat service claimed it would be delivered the next day, surprise, it never. Escalated the following day and still no parcel.
After 3 days contacted the merchant, Evri told them that they could not gain access to geo-fence and unable to gain access to the property perimeter and that they tried to deliver the parcel on the Sunday evening. The thing is that my perimeter consists of a low fence with a small metal gate that has no lock, furthermore there is a ring doorbell pointing at said gate and the path leading to it, this doorbell is set to detect any movement leading to the gate, any movement with the gate and also within the perimeter of my property. No movement detected as a result of Evri attempting to make delivery. Only footage during alleged delivery timings was the neighbors cat walking up the path. So if the camera can detect a cat I'm pretty sure it would detect a person.
Same poor service and lies as Hermes just re-branded and packaged differently.
I suspect an Evri driver now has a nice set of trainers to commit their crimes in.
Given the choice I would swerve this company, shocking service.

Review of Shark Vacuum UK
This is our 3rd cordless stick vacuum by shark and every time they get just that little bit better.
Great vacuum cleaner, very versatile. Batteries have a good capacity and last a reasonable amount of time, the suction is powerful for such a small unit as well.
New controls are simple and straightforward to use.
My only grip (very small) is the lack of lever to detach the head of the vacuum. On older models they had what looks like a foot pedal to detach the head which you could use with your foot, now it's a button which slows you down.
