Loved loved loved my flowers

Loved loved loved my flower crown, boutonniere and boquette so much. Kylee was brilliant and great with communication. I sent flowers that I liked and they based mine on them and sent me pictures to confirm i was happy. The flowers were packaged great and arrived just perfectly. I highly recommend them. For saying we were in wedding season they were able to accommodate me and make my beautiful flowers for me. Loved them. Thank you for helping me look pretty 😍 💗 💐

Amazing Service from start to finish

Amazing Service from start to finish. Michael Patching with his friendly and whitty personality, really made us feel comfortable taking all our details and getting us our Mortgage in principle, Declan Pryor who went through all of our details and found us the best mortgage and Michaela Whithers who kept us in the loop whilst our mortgage progressed. They were all so friendly and helpful and I really appreciate the service. I would 100% recommend to everyone.

Tom or whoever delivers the parcels

Tom or whoever delivers the parcels, brings the parcels, knocks on the door and throws our stuff on the front porch. He doesn't even wait for us to answer and one of my parcels from shein is not there! Im fuming! I want my stuff replaced. I'm so angry. He just chucks the stuff on the floor like junk.

All the lads were lovely

All the lads were lovely, they worked hard. Had solar panels, full central heating and a air source heat pump fitted. They did the work in the time they said would. They communicated well and kept us informed and since the works been complete, we've been able to contact them about queries and worries and they've got straight back in touch to help us. Everyone including the workman have been lovely, especially knowing that I'd just lost my Husband. The whole are a credit to broadoak.

Really not happy with Dormeo

Really not happy with Dormeo. I bought the matress and started to really suffer with back pain and because it was outside of 60 days (about a month out) we were refused a refund. We noticed that it had started to dip. They advised that we would have to show pictures of more than a 15% dip (we were unable to do this because we didn't know how). Even a 5% dip is too much let alone more than 15% when you start getting a back back because of it. Also anyone thinking of buying this bed, look at the warranty because it says 15 years warranty but as your bed gets older, if you were to get a replacement, you would have to pay towards the replacement, up to 95% of the cost when you reach 15 years. Even if your bed is deemed faulty you have to sort the shipping and the cost for them to replace it. Surely if its faulty they should pay for this? So be careful when buying these matresses and ensure if you aren't happy say something before 60 days because after that its impossible. I have suffered with a bad back and its quite debilitating, we've have had it about 3 years, but being so expensive, its hard to just replace. So just a word of warning. Be careful and please read the warranty. I wasn't personally happy with the customer service either, they were not very considerate. I'm disgruntaled after years of back pain that could have been resolved. We have been turning the bed as suggested and I have a dip where I lie and I'm pretty much stuck to this and find it uncomfortable to move any other then it this dip. Finally my new sleepezee matress will be here tuesday and I can chuck this away. Heres to sleep!!!!

Will and Nick delivered my new sofa…

Will and Nick delivered my new sofa yesterday. They were very friendly and chatty and extremely careful bringing my furniture in and putting it up together. The sofa and chair are extremely comfortable and high quality. I recommend SCS to everyone.
