Not a customer, yet Broad Oak managed to cause damage to my roof, my car and put a scaffold up with workmen walking past my little girls’ bedroom. The work was for a neighbour yet they trespassed, moved my property outside my house, dumped items in my garden, restricted access to my property. They created a hole in the roof after putting the neighbours Solar panels on the wrong roof and then ripping them off again. The houses are terraced but this is no excuse. Car is dented and scratched because they blocked the road and then took it upon themselves to direct traffic through a tiny gap. We have never had any work done by them and they are a disaster.

We had solar panels and air source heat pump system installed. Scot was the main person with the installation who kept us informed from the start to finish, and also explained how it worked (more than once for those who don’t understand these things) I was told it take 2 weeks to install, and that was how long it took. We did have to wait for the electricians to come back to fit one fan, and after requesting could the scaffolding be take down asap, we only waited another week. All the workers were friendly and polite, the staff at their offices were first class whenever we rang them. My only negatives was the holes my husband was left to fill after.

Excellent from start to finish in every department. I was certain I wouldn't get it but I did, then 1 day after retrofit I got the installation. Got 2 lovely guys, Damien and Kyle down to earth and nothing was too much trouble. They ran through everything to make sure I was happy and kept me involved. I chose heating positions which worked best for me while still been energy efficient. The whole team is friendly, polite, genuinely nice people and I couldn't be happier with experience and the quality of the work. I'm going to be warm for the first time in winter so I thank you Broadoak and wish you and your team all the very best for the future.

broad oak did an exelent job of installing inner wall insulation, replacement radiators and some extra ones all copper pipe work, solar panels and heat pump. all with their in house trades men

Had the full Eco4 system installed for health reasons. The company were a bit slow to start with the paperwork but much of that was down to the local council. Once they started they were fast and efficient. The subcontractors that they used were excellent, left everything tidy and cleaned up after themselves and were nice professional guys. They warned us that they would have to make some holes in order to do the work, but they filled them afterwards. Had a small problem with the system but it was sorted by speaking to an engineer. Only complaint was that the scaffolding was left for 3 months after they had finished despite me contacting the company, and they did some damage in my garden when removing it. But honestly, I would give them a 10/10 for the work done. Thank you Broad Oak - and have to say thanks to Hannah and Dan for their organisation that got the whole job done.

Applied under the ECO4 Government grant scheme, due to my cardio issues. I was assured by 2 people in this company that it would be totally and fully funded...only to be told after all the paperwork was completed and signed off by my GP that I'd have to pay a top up of 12k!!. I'm appalled and very disappointed, they barefaced lied to me. This has caused me stress that I didn't need and made me more ill. My advice, don't touch them!

Sam and Craig are reliable, efficient and do the job properly. Had my Victorian conservatory repaired and a new Victorian door hung. Would like them back to re-instate a Victorian bannister soon. Really good work.

Stacey was brilliant with all her help sorting out my issue perfectly and promptly, very happy with the entire experience!

Several things made my experience a good one. Communication. Attention to detail. Follow up. Quality of work done. Attitude and care of installers and tradesmen.

All the above made the installation experience a good one. I also felt like Broadoak were a ‘can do’ rather than a ‘don’t want to do that it’s too difficult’ company. A breath of fresh air.

If you’re looking for a company to do your installation for you, I would definitely recommend Broadoak.

Broad Oak have recently installed IWI for us in our damp house and they have done an amazing job. Our house looks like a new house. Before our house had mould growing in certain areas like the utility, and Broad Oak investigated to see why this was happening and fixed the issue. Our utility now looks like a brand new room, which I don’t have to hide away now. All of the staff are friendly, and communication was outstanding. Always receiving updates, and where issues did arise which were very few, they were dealt with in a very timely manner! Would like to personally thank Steve the building manager, Mark & Joe the plasterers (and the younger lad the first week they come; can’t remember his name), and Dylan and Sam the joiners.

So very grateful for my cavity wall insulation, supplied by Broad Oak. Every person that came to my house was very friendly. They did make a lot of mess at times, but the work was done via a government scheme so this was a minor issue. The house is noticeably warmer and I’m hoping for a better winter this year. The email correspondence I had from Shannon Prince and Alicia Gray was so professional and prompt, they helped me to source the documents I needed to send through for evidence. Thanks again for this service.

Stacey was great. She was very patient and helpful. She showed us round and made us feel comfortable and welcoming, making sure all of our questions were answered. She was great with my kids too. We hopefully find out today if we get the property or not and she's been there every step of the way. Fingers crossed!

Just had solar panels and heat pump fitted disappointed about all the holes they left in ceilings and walls plus first time we turned heating system on had a flood because they hadn't solered one pipe...who leaves a job half done!!!

Parents were successful for ECO system with Broad Oak back in October said would take 2 weeks.Not the case still having issues now!! Paid yet again for gas fitter to fix gas leak from the main gas source caused by new piping fitted by this company. Had 3 different issues with gas since their work, leaking toilet from pipework istalled by them which they firstly denied causing and we paid to have mended. Boiler pipework was initially fitted wrong which we only discovered when our gas fitter ( who we always use) asked to come & check what Broad Oak had done. Constant calls & different people giving different reasons ect all in all took many weeks to address problems!! Also broke wardrobe in Mum's room.

I was truly dreading all the hallway landing and stairs plaster being taken back to brick, boarded and re plastered!
But the two guys that did the work ( John & Ant ) absolutely amazed me! Just couldn’t believe how they managed to keep things so clean. They
completed in the time given, They were chirpy and never a grumpy face. I’m really happy with their work! Thanks lads…. I do want to give Sophie Lavender a big thank you from customer services. She kept me updated thoroughly, going beyond and above to assist.. best service I’ve experienced in a long time 😁

They came and fitted electric heating, the lads were amazing, tidy and did there best to make life easy for us when they arrived, the lads doing the pipe work and radiaters did a amazing job.
Thank you so much you don't know what having hot water and heating has ment to us after 3 years with no heating.
Also the sola panels guys did a good job.. Flat number 21 Hopton court..

Dave was very kind and helpful when I spoke with him on the phone.

Use Broad oak for our extension , good team of lads and ladies .Took a bit longer to build than expected but worth it.Had no issues after except for a leaking radiator :)

Also used them for cavity insulation , again a good job was done.

Again Broadoak have been very efficient in helping me with follow up questions and a few issues after heat pump installation. They are also there to help with any issues, can not fault them as a company! 5*
