Bought a mattress topper from Dormeo, it arrived on time, and as advertised. The topper itself is easy to use and adds to the comfort of our bed. Although early days both my wife and I seem to be sleeping more comfortably.

My Dormeo mattress is exactly what I wanted and has made my bed/mattress so comfortable and I honestly sleep so much better. They are so well worthwhile.
Worst purchase I've ever made
I have the dormeo mattres first night great every night after was a nightmare sleeping in a dip having to climb out of the dip on trying to roll over to my other side ,then climbing out of dip in the morning, sore back sleepless nights and to top it all heat buildup sweating in the dip,

Dreadful customer service and dreadful…
Dreadful customer service and dreadful product.Bought the most expensive mattress topper: not as described or pictures. Slid all over the place and I almost fell out of the bed. Dangerous, will be reporting to Trading Standards.Contacted Dormeo and was brushed off.

An outstanding example of what sales advisors should be
Carlos was courteous, clear and knowledgeable, understood my concerns and responded to my queries fully and with patience. He also mentioned there were additional items I could buy at a discount - I declined as I didn’t need these but at no time did I feel under pressure. I sense if Carlos hadn’t been so professional and helpful I might not have gone ahead with the mattress topper purchase.

Ordered 24/08/2024, Its now 30/10/2024 over 2 month wait and still no delivery date its a joke, And when you ring them they ALWAYS say the same story, "We are expecting a shipment this week so it will be sent out shortly" then you ring them a week later for the same story again Finally got item in December, and they keep reporting the negatives to have them removed

Been waiting over a month for a single matress topper they apparently lost the first one so then had to reorder the man on the phone kept hmmmming me which was very frustrating poor customer service poor company all round really.

Customer Service, what customer service?
Twas the summer of 2025 when it began. We relented after struggling for a year to sleep on a new mattress and ordered a Dormeo mattress on 29.08.2025. Two weeks later a pillow arrived, not the mattress. I telephoned and was assured that the mattress would be with us by the end of that week, taking it to three weeks. No mattress arrived, I telephoned again that fateful Friday to be told it would be delivered on the following Monday. We waited all day, no mattress to be seen, however the useless delivery company updated their app saying the order had been refused upon delivery. This was a lie, they did not attempt to deliver it. I contacted Dormeo who frankly said it had been returned to the warehouse and that we could either have a refund or wait for another delivery. No apology, nothing. We said we’d wait again and another useless pillow thing arrived last week. I called to be told the mattress would be with us by Friday. Guess what, no mattress. I called again and was told it would be raised with a manager as nothing was showing regarding our order. Today marks the 39 days since the order and still no word from Dormeo. I am seriously losing all hope of ever getting a mattress and wonder if this is all part of the scheme of the 60 day free trial, by the time you actually get a mattress it will be too late to return it. 6 weeks and no delivery updates, an email or a callback from anyone. It is fast approaching Halloween and left wondering if this nightmare will ever end. Not impressed and not slept a full night yet.

Very poor customer service
Purchased a mattress topper in June but it's just didn't help my husbands back problem so we decided to send it back for a refund on 22nd July, well within the timeline for returns. I had to chase a week later to which i received a response telling me they would ask the courier company to get in touch to arrange a collection. A week or so went past with no communication from anyone so i emailed Dormeo again and asked when to expect the courier, i chased 4 more times over the next few weeks with no response so i arranged delivery myself and returned the topper on 28th August. I emailed to say that i had done so and attached the delivery note. Still no response so i emailed a further 3 times with yet again still no response! I don't know if i will every get my refund, i have however decided to contact my card company in the hope that may be able to obtain a refund for me. It's all so very disappointing.
