Really not happy with Dormeo
Really not happy with Dormeo. I bought the matress and started to really suffer with back pain and because it was outside of 60 days (about a month out) we were refused a refund. We noticed that it had started to dip. They advised that we would have to show pictures of more than a 15% dip (we were unable to do this because we didn't know how). Even a 5% dip is too much let alone more than 15% when you start getting a back back because of it. Also anyone thinking of buying this bed, look at the warranty because it says 15 years warranty but as your bed gets older, if you were to get a replacement, you would have to pay towards the replacement, up to 95% of the cost when you reach 15 years. Even if your bed is deemed faulty you have to sort the shipping and the cost for them to replace it. Surely if its faulty they should pay for this? So be careful when buying these matresses and ensure if you aren't happy say something before 60 days because after that its impossible. I have suffered with a bad back and its quite debilitating, we've have had it about 3 years, but being so expensive, its hard to just replace. So just a word of warning. Be careful and please read the warranty. I wasn't personally happy with the customer service either, they were not very considerate. I'm disgruntaled after years of back pain that could have been resolved. We have been turning the bed as suggested and I have a dip where I lie and I'm pretty much stuck to this and find it uncomfortable to move any other then it this dip. Finally my new sleepezee matress will be here tuesday and I can chuck this away. Heres to sleep!!!!
