Just had our 3rd Sleepsoul delivered we…

Just had our 3rd Sleepsoul delivered we have a gel 3000 on ours my 9 year old has an 800 full double 6 months old and just popping out of it's wrapper another 800 small double anybody doubting these matresses give them chance to settle in I'd say after a about 5 days their plushness is at its best from the un roll I be hoping for some loyality discount when my twin boys come out of their cot beds

Had to report switchcraft to action…

Had to report switchcraft to action fraud for referring me to Northumbria Energy who took money from my bank after I cancelled ..in the 14 days do should not be referring so called energy companies who are under ofgem investigations shocking we are all ready in absolute poverty

Switchcraft you are responsible for your app for making sure it switches people to genuine utility companies that attempt to actually take over your supply have you removed

If you have not then you are part of the problem

They were due to take 278.from.me…

They were due to take 278.from.me tomorrow I've cancelled my DD I actually signed up to these about a month ago on a fixed 12 month deal.via switchcraft ....my suspicions aroused wen I have heard nothing about the actual switch ..I have checked who supplies me and no change ....if you look on ofgem they are under investigation for not providing financial.info ...with 4000 customers ..it's one of the old directors from one of the failed suppliers trying to set up again by the looks like or without any funds so I was defo going to get scewed over how can you set up a utility company without funds to finance one ..new laws required and ofgem powers to bar this practice before we get more in poverty trying to save a bit on units

Sacked them ..

Sacked them ... here is why ... after 14 hours on hold over a few weeks trying to get washer sorted i ended up doing a pay and claim as they could not source an enginner for two weeks i had to go local .. took me 2 weeks to get my money back after another 8 hours with their claims department and they are not for dishing out apolgies either .... so I sent them a an official letter of complaint ... got a letter in post we are looking into your matter ..nothing since

so after all the hastle and stress over them faffing i purchased a new washer and cancelled the DD and gave them the bye bye i told them i would .no longer be a customer

guess what they have rang my mobile everyday hassling me i have blocked the number and turned my voice mail off sorry D&G I am not available at the moment my call centre is closed due to Tier 4 restrictions I am working on reduced hours feet up its new year dont call me again as am no longer a customer should of looked after me when i needed washer sorting in a timely manner not 5 weeks

Updated review I have removed my original review as they have now responded to my request

I will make my review as factual as possible

we purchased 2 car seats from the delivery arrived as normal no issues

on opening 1 box we realised that we had purchased the wrong car seats contacted them to ask for an RMA as it their policy that they do not except returns without an authorised RMA number and they will refuse delivery if you send items back without their consent

I opened up a paypal claim as i was worried that if they do not reply withing the statutory 14 days of which I can return my items then they would say that I am outside my distance selling right to refund.

We received a response on day 10 for the return and they have assigned me a RMA number my parcels are currently on there way back to them for a refund

The lady on the phone was very polite and apologised all they now have to do is check my 2 boxes on arrival Monday go on paypal and click refund I hope that process can be completed in a timely manner

Where the disappointment is lack of information there webisite says its taking longer than normal up to 96 hours to respond they should be more accurate and say 10 - 14 days if this is the case

I am hopeful that my issue will be resolved but if you must purchase i would recommend using paypal its the best protection from Items not described and a drop in customer service levels when you want to exercise your rights for a statutory refund

Dealing with Hermes when the lose or…

Dealing with Hermes when the lose or delay a parcel is shocking ..the online chat is painstaking when its busy can be an hour in the queue to be dealt with by someone who has no descision making power ...

I email Hermes Europe email ,, hi whats been happening with my parcel is not moved for 5 days item was sold on ebay customer wants the item has opened a case

no reply from Hermes ... you send out a replacement to the customer to stop the negative on ebay and then Hermes deliver the original parcel 2 weeks late ..

Ebay are soon to move to 3 days resolution handling times from 8 for open cases no way i can continue to use Hermes for my ebay too slow at resolution for me

Good Until your leaving

Been ok 1st 12 months ...my renewal is up price is now slightly more expensive than some .. 1 of the big 6 is slightly cheaper on units on both gas and elecy ... was going to stay with them so went on online chat .. as they want their payments heavy 1st 6 months then drop by 100 quid a month ..asked them if they can even out the the DD over 12 months so we can budget for the year ....operator on chat got all shirty nope and BTW you owe us make sure you get your account in order to £40 otherwise it will be queried and you be blocked from leaving ... Bearing in mind the DD that goes out end of month hasn't been processed yet ...when i have gone over i have always rung in and paid off the excess... ...Dont you worry pal....account will be squared up oh right .... ... as others have reported ..my experience is of there service is good until your leaving ...if your looking else where check all the comparison sites against their offer on gas and electricity per unit better deals out there in my region and that is based on my evidence doing my own research

Killing off my ebay business they were…

Killing off my ebay business they were doing ok upto about 2 months ago losing about 2 in 100 parcels ....now its about 10 in 100 ... all the problems started since they introduced the under 1kilo postable they simply cant cope with the extra volume off traffic hence more mistakes more lost parcels

as others have reported most important thing here is when you sign the paperwork its a deed of assignment which gives them full access to your refund for that particular year so if they claim for expenses such as uniform about £60 for a tax year for you get a refund for that say £22 and anything else flags up they get all your refund if your total refund is low in total say less than £100 then they say their fees are £99 + Vat any refunds up to that value they keep and you get nothing . I would not recommend them as they are not transparent with their fees the whole process not helped my mental health as i was once targeted with identity fraud and having letters sent to me by HMRC triggered my anxiety you have no idea what these people are doing with your data

Worst service by a pharmacy gp surgery sends script to them ...you then get an email saying loggin to system create a purchase order number then you have to copy purchase order then email them or you cant have ya meds .if you need heart tablets or anything urgent get your coffin booked yal be dead .. ....
