Updated review I have removed my original review as they have now responded to my request

I will make my review as factual as possible

we purchased 2 car seats from the delivery arrived as normal no issues

on opening 1 box we realised that we had purchased the wrong car seats contacted them to ask for an RMA as it their policy that they do not except returns without an authorised RMA number and they will refuse delivery if you send items back without their consent

I opened up a paypal claim as i was worried that if they do not reply withing the statutory 14 days of which I can return my items then they would say that I am outside my distance selling right to refund.

We received a response on day 10 for the return and they have assigned me a RMA number my parcels are currently on there way back to them for a refund

The lady on the phone was very polite and apologised all they now have to do is check my 2 boxes on arrival Monday go on paypal and click refund I hope that process can be completed in a timely manner

Where the disappointment is lack of information there webisite says its taking longer than normal up to 96 hours to respond they should be more accurate and say 10 - 14 days if this is the case

I am hopeful that my issue will be resolved but if you must purchase i would recommend using paypal its the best protection from Items not described and a drop in customer service levels when you want to exercise your rights for a statutory refund
