Sacked them ... here is why ... after 14 hours on hold over a few weeks trying to get washer sorted i ended up doing a pay and claim as they could not source an enginner for two weeks i had to go local .. took me 2 weeks to get my money back after another 8 hours with their claims department and they are not for dishing out apolgies either .... so I sent them a an official letter of complaint ... got a letter in post we are looking into your matter ..nothing since
so after all the hastle and stress over them faffing i purchased a new washer and cancelled the DD and gave them the bye bye i told them i would .no longer be a customer
guess what they have rang my mobile everyday hassling me i have blocked the number and turned my voice mail off sorry D&G I am not available at the moment my call centre is closed due to Tier 4 restrictions I am working on reduced hours feet up its new year dont call me again as am no longer a customer should of looked after me when i needed washer sorting in a timely manner not 5 weeks
